Tchaikovsky is still the most performed Russian composer in the world. His image, as well as his music, still excite people's consciousness. Today, his name is one of the most powerful tourist magnets that attracts visitors from all over the world to Udmurtia.

In Russia, only two opera and ballet theaters bear the name of the great composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky – in Perm and Izhevsk. Between these points are the places where Pyotr Ilyich was born – the city of Votkinsk and the young city of Tchaikovsky, named after him.

Day 1 - Izhevsk — 1st note: sightseeing tour, musical lunch
