Day 1 - The beginning of the journey. Getting to know Kolomna and Ryazan
07:45 Meeting of the group in Moscow, Komsomolskaya metro station, Leningradsky railway station building, in the center of the waiting room on the ground floor, by the elevator (sign "Star of Russia").
Departure to Kolomna.
Excursion program: sightseeing tour of the old part of the city.
The Kolomna Kremlin is the main architectural ensemble of the city, which has preserved the walls and towers of the XVI century.
This is one of the most powerful and largest fortresses in Russia.
There are several streets, 2 monasteries, and museums on the territory of the Kremlin.
All the buildings have been restored and create a feeling of complete immersion in the atmosphere of the XIX century.
Lunch.
Transfer to Ryazan.
Excursion program: sightseeing tour of the city with a visit to the Ryazan Kremlin, an ancient fortress and one of the main attractions of the city.
It is an open-air museum with ancient temples and a princely court.
Assumption Cathedral, ramparts, Archangel Cathedral, Oleg's Palace.

Day 2 - Kasimov, Murom and Nizhny Novgorod
Breakfast.
Transfer to Gus-Zhelezny.
Photo stop at the Trinity Cathedral.
Transfer to Kasimov. Between Moscow and Ryazan, for many centuries there has been a city that was first called Gorodets Meshchersky, later — a New Grassroots City, even later Khankirman — and that's all Kasimov.
The excursion program: majestic shopping malls of the XIX century, Petrovskaya zastava, merchant mansions, temples of the city: Ascension Cathedral, Annunciation, Assumption, Trinity churches.
Monuments of Tatar architecture are a mosque with a minaret of the XV-XIX centuries, Tekie is the mausoleum of Shah Ali Khan of the XVI century.
Climbing the minaret, which is 22 meters high, you can admire the panorama of the city from a bird's-eye view.
Moving to Murom — the birthplace of the hero Ilya Muromets.
Lunch.
Excursion program: sightseeing tour of the city with a visit to the Oka Park and active monasteries.
The Trinity Convent, where the relics of Peter and Fevronia of Murom are kept, in whose honor the "Day of Family, Love and Fidelity" is celebrated.
Inspection of the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Monastery — the oldest monastery of Holy Orthodox Russia.
Transfer to Nizhny Novgorod.

Day 3 - Nizhny Novgorod, Gorokhovets and Vladimir

Excursion program: city tour with a tour of the Kremlin — built in 1515, it was considered one of the most advanced structures of Russian military fortification architecture.
The Chkalovskaya Staircase is the main architectural masterpiece of Nizhny Novgorod.

Day 4 - Bogolyubovo and Vladimir, folklore program

Day 5 - Suzdal, moving to Ivanovo
Breakfast.
We are going on an excursion to Suzdal, the museum city, because there are nowhere such a number of monuments of the history of Russia, as well as ancient buildings that have survived intact and preserved, unique churches and objects of wooden architecture.
Most of the buildings in Suzdal are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
For decades, the ancient city has served as a film set for many films.

Day 6 - Ples and Kostroma. Boat trip along the Volga (in summer)

Departure to Ples, a tiny quiet town on the high bank of the Great Volga.
Excursion program: sightseeing tour of the city with a visit to the Cathedral Mountain, which offers amazing views of the Volga and the beautiful Volga embankment.
Transfer to Kostroma.

In summer, a boat trip along the Volga River will be offered.
We will visit the Ipatievsky Monastery, founded by the zeal of the influential nobleman of the Golden Horde, the Tatar Murza Chet, who was heading through these regions on his way to Moscow to serve the Grand Duke Ivan Kalita.
We will explore the picturesque ensemble of the monastery, the Trinity Cathedral — the main temple of the Ipatievsky monastery.
An excursion to Kostroma Sloboda is one of the few open—air museums where unique monuments of wooden architecture — huts and churches - have been preserved.
Interactive program "Around the stove".
The hospitable Sloboda hostess will tell her guests about the life, way of life and traditions of a peasant family.
And after that, the guests will do their own chores: they will try to grab a cast iron from the stove, iron the laundry with a "wooden iron" — a rubel and walk with a rocker.

Day 7 - Yaroslavl, Rostov Veliky and Pereslavl-Zalessky
Breakfast.
Transfer to Yaroslavl, the capital of the Golden Ring of Russia.
Excursion program: sightseeing tour, Volga embankment, the oldest part — the arrow of the Volga and Kotorosli rivers, the monument to Yaroslav the Wise— the founder of the city, the Church of Elijah the Prophet.
A visit to the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Monastery, where the famous "The Word about Igor's Regiment" was discovered.

Departure to Rostov Veliky.

Day 8 - Completion of the program. Sergiev Posad and return to Moscow
Breakfast.
The excursion program: sightseeing tour of the city with a visit to the Red Square and St. Nicholas Monastery.
Transfer to Sergiev Posad, an ancient town located 52 km from Moscow.
The city is known for its main attraction — the Trinity-Sergius Lavra, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Lunch.
The tour ends at 15:00 in Sergiev Posad.
Departure to Moscow.
