09:00 Bus and walking sightseeing tour "Vologda carved, oil, lace" is an immersion into the legendary past and present of the provincial capital, acquaintance with the historical center of the city, ancient white-stone cathedrals and temples, the majestic complex of the Vologda Kremlin (external inspection), the picturesque Vologda river embankment, ensembles of wooden mansions with "carved palisades".
11:00 Excursion to the Vologda Museum of Childhood is not just a museum, but a collection whose exhibits have been carefully collected for more than 20 years from all over the Vologda region and from different parts of the world.
Today, the museum is ready to show and tell not only about the history of the Vologda toy Factory, but also about more than 3,000 different Soviet-era toys.
The museum staff preserves and studies the history of toy production in the Vologda region.

Day 2 - The ancient Russian village of Sizma
A buffet breakfast is served at the hotel from 10:00.
10:50 Meeting with the guide in the hotel lobby.
11:00 Departure to the ancient Russian village of Sizma (110 km).
12:40 p.m. Welcome the guests in the good Russian way with an icon and bread and salt.
Guided tour of the revived shrine – the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker.
Climb to the bell tower to admire the village from a bird's-eye view, those wishing to make a wish will have the opportunity to ring five lucky bells.
A hearty lunch of dishes cooked in a Russian oven, with a tasting of rustic "women's" beer.
A visit to the village of Solovarka with an excursion to the chapel of Xenia of St. Petersburg, a visit to the holy spring of St. George the Victorious, an external inspection of the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
16:10 Departure to Vologda (110 km).
18:00 Arrival in Vologda at the hotel.

Day 3 - The Kirillo-Belozersky Monastery. Completion of the tour

Visit to the Monastic Cell exhibition and the Assumption Cathedral.
13:00 Lunch.
13:40 Transfer to Goritsy village (8 km).
14:00 Visit to the historical complex "Sugorye" with the New Year's program "Winter Solstice" or "Yule-Karachun".
A meeting of the guests by a resident of the estate, a story about the history of Sugorye.
Participation in ancient Russian New Year's rites in the "Princely Gridnitsa" – a chamber for feasts and receptions:
The ancient Slavic traditions of the winter Solstice or Karachun festival, the prince's attire in a basket, the princess's in a colt on her cassock, and the gridnya in a ringed armor. The lighting of the badniak, the knocking out of sparks with a bonfire in the Badni Vechor, the singing of the Nativity troparion and Orthodox Christmas rituals.
The Yule Winter Solstice festival in the Viking House: the choice of the jarl and his berserkers, the boiling of the "sacred" fire with a flint, the "preparation" of the ritual drink bjor and dishes haukarl and surstremming, the burning of the Yule log by the hostess to the tunes of sakpipa, an ancient Swedish bagpipe.
Tea party with New Year's bagels and ... Yule log!
16:30 Transfer to Vologda (135 km).
18:30 Return to Vologda. The program ends at the railway station.

The hotel "History" is located near the center of Vologda in the historical part of the city. The building was built in the classical style. It has 12 rooms from standard to business.

The rooms have a classic look. There is air conditioning, mini fridge, TV, comfortable furniture, work desk, seating. In the bathroom there is a shower or a large bathtub, a toilet, towels. Daily thorough cleaning, linen change once every three days.

The residents eat in a cozy restaurant located on the 1st floor. Breakfast is free of charge. Room service. The dishes are delicious, constantly fresh pastries.

The reception desk functions without interruption. The attendants help in ordering a transfer, organizing trips to the sights of Vologda. Paid services of ironing items, household appliances. Guests can use the swimming pool, sauna, hammam.
