Embark on an exciting journey along one of the most picturesque rivers in Yakutia! Vilyui is a river that tests not only the strongest fishing gear, but also their character.

In this twelve-day adventure, you will have the opportunity to catch very large ide, perch, and pike with a size of more than a meter can be caught at every stop. Fishing on Vilyui is not like regular fishing, as fish are caught almost every time they are cast.

The river is very beautiful and differs from others in the abundance of tukulans along the banks. Mammoth tusks and bones of ancient animals are often found here.

The group is being registered with the Rescue Service of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Itinerary

Day 1 - Transfer to Kysyl Cheese. Preparation for rafting
The time difference with Moscow is 6 hours. To adapt to the local time, we recommend arriving in Yakutsk the day before the tour.
Departure from the bus station at 07:00.
Transfer Yakutsk city — Kysyl Syr village, Toyota-Hayes car.
Lunch at a roadside cafe on the way.
Upon arrival in Kysyl, set up camp on the banks of the Vilyu River.
Dinner and preparation for the hike.
Day 2 - Rafting to tukulun Kysyl Cheese
08:00 Wake up, breakfast.
Rafting to tukulan Kysyl Syr (28 km).
During the rafting, stops at beautiful places, fishing.
Upon arrival in tukulan, set up camp.
Tukulan Kysyl Cheese is one of the most beautiful tukulans in Yakutia.
There are high dunes on the tops of which you can get a cellular connection.
Fishing starts from this place.
Day 3 - Fishing trip on the Vilyu River
From the 3rd to the 10th days of the tour, you will enjoy rafting and fishing on the Vilyu River.
From the experience of rafting and fishing on the river, we came to the conclusion that due to the water level on the river and the shift of sandy islands throughout the year, fishing sites and fishing patterns are constantly changing.
For this reason, we have given the instructors-guides the opportunity to choose their own parking spots and plan a route schedule for these days.
This approach will increase the efficiency of fishing.

Day 6 - Fishing trip on the Vilyu River

Setting up camp, dismantling catamarans, and equipment.
Day 12 - Completion of the program. Transfer to Yakutsk
Transfer by boat to the village of Bulus (230 km), then transfer to a Toyota Hayes minibus and transfer to Yakutsk (150 km).
It is recommended to buy tickets the next day after the end of the tour.
