Day 1 - The Taezhnik tourist complex. Mount Cherepan
Check-in at the Taezhnik eco-hotel.
For those who have chosen Gorno-Altaysk, the capital of our republic, as their arrival city, there is a meeting at the airport (group transfer, for an additional fee you can order an individual one or use taxi services).
Breakfast at the restaurant of the eco-hotel "Taezhnik" for those who arrive before 10:45.
Check-in to the yurts located on the territory of the Taezhnik eco-hotel, shower and toilet on the territory (single occupancy in yurts is not provided).
For an additional fee, you can stay in the rooms of the eco-hotel "Taezhnik" upon their availability.
Gathering of the group, including those who arrived after 11:00.
At 13:00 lunch at the restaurant of the eco-hotel "Taezhnik".
After lunch, a walking tour to Mount Cherepan, which is located above the eco-hotel and on the banks of the Katun River to the monument to Shishkov.
Rest, free time.

Day 2 - Water-powered tour of Lake Teletskoye. Korbu Waterfall tour. Stone mushrooms
Early rise.
Departure from the territory of the eco-hotel "Taezhnik" at approximately 07:30 in the morning.
Breakfast at a cafe on the way.
Transfer to Artybash village, where the group transfers to a boat at the pier, which will take it first to the Korbu waterfall, where lunch awaits the group in addition to the tour, and then to the southern shore of Lake Teletskoye.
The lake is one of the main attractions of Gorny Altai, and in size it is second only to Lake Baikal.
It is a beautiful body of water, stretching from south to north for 75 km.
Clouds are reflected in the clear waters of the lake, which are almost always rushing in the sky above the water surface.
By the way, a unique phenomenon can be observed over the lake — clouds floating in opposite directions in the sky above the lake.
This is due to the winds blowing towards each other — verkhovka and nizovka.
On the way, an excursion to the Korbu waterfall, with lunch at a cafe.
The twelve-meter-high Korbu waterfall was formed as a result of the natural failure of the Korbu riverbed, originating from the mountain range of the same name.
Korbu Waterfall is not visible from the shore of the lake, but it is not long to walk to it — just a few minutes walk along the boardwalk, and you can already hear the sound of water falling from a height, and almost immediately after that, the waterfall itself appears before your eyes.
Opposite the Korbu waterfall is the deepest part of Lake Teletskoye — 323 m.
At Cape Kirsay, the group will transfer to a waiting bus and go to the campsite, where they will spend 2 nights.
Depending on the time of arrival (there may be a storm on the lake, which will delay the group), technical and weather conditions, the group may take an excursion to the Stone Mushrooms on this day.

Day 3 - Walking tour to the largest cascading waterfall Uchar
Breakfast in a cafe on the territory of the Berezka shopping center or similar.
A day of active recreation.
You will take a walking tour to the largest cascading waterfall in Altai — Chulchinsky (Uchar).
The path to it is about 10 km long, and the same amount back.
For almost the entire route, the trail runs along the edge of a high cliff, at the bottom of which the wayward Chulcha River rushes madly over the rocks.
The trail is difficult, and it requires good physical fitness and sneakers with thick, fluted soles.
Tourists will have to overcome kurumniks, endless ascents and descents, cross small rivers on shaky bridges and walk along a rocky ledge above a ravine.
However, the sight of Uchar is worth all these difficulties!
A huge mass of water is rushing down with speed, crashing against giant rocks.
The noise is so loud that you can't hear a person standing next to you, there's water dust all around.
The total height of the fall is more than 160 meters, it is the highest waterfall in Siberia.
Lunch in the field (tea, sandwiches, vegetables, fruits, sweets).
Return to the t/C.
Dinner at a cafe on the territory of the tourist complex, accommodation in tents.

Attention! If the Uchar trail is closed due to weather or technical conditions, the tour will be replaced by an excursion to the Kurkure and Maldanash waterfalls.

Day 4 - Excursion to the Pazyryk mounds. Ascent to the Ulagan pass
Breakfast on the territory of the Berezka shopping center or similar.
If for some reason the group did not manage to get to the Stone Mushrooms on the day of arrival, then after breakfast it is possible to visit them, provided that there are no objective obstacles to the tour.
The decision remains with the guide.
Transfer to Ulagan village via Katu-Yaryk pass.
The ascent to the Katu-Yaryk pass is carried out on foot, according to safety regulations.
The height of the pass from the foot to the top is about 800 meters, the length is 3.5 km.
Then an excursion to the Pazyryk mounds, a chain of 5 burial mounds representing the graves of noble nomads and tribal leaders dating back to the 6th—7th centuries BC.
Lunch at the cafe with. Ulagan.
After lunch, the travelers continue their journey along the beautiful Ulagan highway, gradually climbing the Ulagan pass with a height of 2080 meters.
On the Ulagan highlands, which crosses the Ulagan highway, there are many lakes, some of which can be seen without leaving the road.

Day 5 - Geyser Lake — Altai Mars — Kuekhtanar Lakes shopping Center

We're breaking camp, heading out onto the route.
Along the way, there are stops at Lake Kidelu, in whose waters the mountains are reflected, the next stop is the Red Gate, through which the road called the Ulagan Tract was once pierced.
In the village of Aktash, tourists again get to the Chuisky tract and drive towards the Kosh-Agach district.
On the way, we stop at the Geyser Lake, which is popular with tourists.
Next, the group goes to the Altai Mars in the Kyzyl-Chin tract.
Lunch at a cafe on the way.
An all-terrain vehicle will take you to Mars.
After a long walk through the red soil, the travelers return to the bus and go to the Kuekhtanar Lakes shopping center.

Day 6 - Kuekhtanar Lakes Walking Tour
Breakfast.

Day 7 - Kuekhtanar Lakes — Ular waterfalls — Maly Yaloman tract
Breakfast.
After breakfast, the group breaks up camp, loads their belongings onto a bus and moves to the area of Chibit village, to the bridge over the Chuya River.
The journey to the Ular (Chibit) waterfalls begins from the bridge.
The road is mostly flat, but closer to the waterfall itself, a small rise begins, from where the noise of the river and waterfall can be heard and attracts guests of Altai.
After enjoying the view of the waterfall and taking a lot of photos, the group goes to a small gazebo, where a snack will be organized.
Return to the bus.
Transfer to the Maly Yaloman tract.
Dinner is prepared by the guide over a campfire.

Day 8 - Bolshoy Yaloman River Rafting — Ilgumen Threshold — Generalskaya Polyana
Breakfast is prepared by the guides at the campfire.
Fitting of equipment, safety instructions on water tours, loading of things and products on rafts.

Exit to the route.
The first serious obstacle on the way is the threshold of Ilgumen (IV cat. difficulties), followed by the Kadrin Pipe threshold (III cat. difficulties).
This day ends above the threshold of the Sabbath at the General parking lot.

Day 9 - Generalskaya Polyana — the mouth of the Kayancha River
Breakfast is prepared by the guides at the campfire.
After breakfast — exit to the route.
On this day, you will have to overcome 2 steps of the Sabbath threshold (IV difficulty category) and 3 steps of the Kayancha threshold (II cat. difficulties).
The rafting of this day ends at the mouth of the Kayancha River.

Day 10 - Kayancha — Kuyus River rafting. Transfer to Taezhnik shopping center. Exit
Breakfast is prepared by the guides at the campfire.
On this day, the main obstacle during rafting will be the Ayulinsky threshold (II cat. difficulties).
At the end of the rafting trip in the area of Kuyus village, tourists transfer to cars and move to the Taezhnik shopping center, where dinner and a sauna are waiting for them.
Check-out is for those who travel to Novosibirsk and Barnaul.
For those who have chosen the airport of Gorno-Altaysk, it is possible to stay on the territory of the Taezhnik shopping center in tents or in rooms, for an additional fee (if available, you need to book in advance).

It's important to know

1. A backpack (up to 40 liters), a suitcase or a large travel bag, that is, something in which it is convenient to carry things to the base, special means are issued on the route for transporting things – an archimak (saddlebag) and a drive bag.
2. Hiking shoes, preferably boots, which can be leather, rubber, or birch, the main thing is that they do not get wet and cover the boot from rubbing against the stirrup strap (putlishche) or high boots.
3. Running shoes or trekking boots for radial exits. Avoid new shoes that are not worn out.
4. Replacement shoes for camping (slates).
5. Comfortable clothing for walking radial crossings – sweatpants that do not restrict movement, made of lightweight quick-drying material, without rough inner seams, a shirt or a long-sleeve T-shirt. A windbreaker made of thick material. A suit for hunters or fishermen, or something similar, is suitable, the main thing is that it is comfortable and does not rustle.
6. A set of clothes for recreation in the camp – trousers, shirt, shorts, T-shirt.
7. A warm sweater.
8. Warm jacket (synthetic or down jacket).
9. A warm hat (fleece or wool).
10. Cap or panama hat.
11. Gloves (even simple cotton ones will do).
12. Socks – 2-3 pairs of cotton or linen, 2 pairs of wool.

Advice from the tour organizers: to buy air tickets to the airport of Gorno-Altaysk (the capital of the Altai Republic) from the arrival time to 12:00 because delivery from the airport to the Taiga takes 25 minutes. Delivery from Barnaul (Altai Territory-neighboring region) to Taiga takes 4-5 hours.

The meeting at the airport of Gorno-Altaysk is carried out according to the arrival time of the aircraft.

Recommendations for delivery from Novosibirsk.

Delivery from Novosibirsk in both directions is carried out independently on regular buses of the Novosibirsk bus station, or on tourist buses, depending on the selected date of the tour, if tourist buses do not run on the day you need, tickets can be purchased independently on the website https://e-traffic.ru / or on another website that sells tickets, or at the ticket offices of the Novosibirsk bus station.
