Itinerary

Day 1 - Getting to know Altai. The Chuisky tract. Katun River
09.00-10.00 Meeting of the group at the airport of Gorno-Altaisk. We recommend a flight to this city.
We can also meet you:
05:00 In Novosibirsk (Lenin street-84, shopping center "Orange");
08:30 Near Barnaul, Sea Buckthorn Group (Novoaltaysk, Dorozhnaya street-13).
The highway (Chuisky tract) is listed in the list of the 10 most beautiful roads in the world, on this day we will get acquainted with only a small historical part of it.
Today you will admire the enchanting views of the snow-capped peaks and the bends of the Katun River (it does not freeze in winter).
Check-in at the campsite for 2 people per room.
Lunch can be purchased at an additional cost in the cafe.
Rest in the room.
Walk to Patmos Island, where you will see the chapel on the island, in the middle of the Katun River.
A picturesque suspension bridge leads to the chapel.
Dinner, mulled wine and a dating evening.
Accommodation: campsite, double, room comfort (possible triple and quadruple, by agreement).
Meals included: dinner.
Excursions: 1. Acquaintance with Altai; Patmos Island and Chemalskaya HPP;
By car: from Gorno-Altaysk — 90 km, from Barnaul — 320 km, from Novosibirsk — 540 km.

Day 2 - Blue lakes "Eyes of Katun". The bison reserve. Tavda caves
Breakfast.
A walk on the ice of Katun to the ice-free blue lakes, which received the poetic name "Eyes of Katun". Indeed, if you look at the lakes and the river flowing nearby from above, then the lakes are very similar to the eyes.
The bravest can swim in the clear blue water (t +9 degrees), there is a sauna nearby.
Next, we will go to the Bison Sanctuary, where 48 bison live (this animal species is on the verge of extinction).
You will be able to see these majestic animals and treat them to apples.
Lunch at the cafe (extra charge).
Also, we will try to visit the reindeer and husky kennel, where for an additional fee (750 rubles for admission) You will be able to take amazing pictures with these animals.
At the end of the day, we will visit the Big Tavdinsky Cave, where ancient people lived in the Neolithic era.
Dinner by the hearth, hot mulled wine.

Day 3 - The Gorge of spirits. The valley of Sartakpaya. Askat village of craftsmen
Breakfast.
A tour of the gorge of mountain spirits is a cult place of the Altaians, named after such an ancient name that scientists cannot decipher its meaning, it is a place of power.
In the gorge we will visit the stream of health, a frozen waterfall, an observation deck with stunning views of the Katun River valley.
Lunch (extra charge).
At the end of the day, we will take a walk through the village of Askat craftsmen, which is known for its artisans and unusual inhabitants.
Dinner and evening communication at the base.
Accommodation: campsite, double room, shower and toilet in the room.
Meals: breakfast, dinner.
Excursions: 1. Gorge of mountain spirits; 2. Village of Askat masters.
The length of the route by car is 96 km, on foot – 8 km.

Day 4 - Visit to the GLK "Manzherok". Kamyshlinsky waterfall
08.00-09.00 Breakfast.
09.00-10.10 Transfer.
10.10-14.30 Today we will visit the ultramodern ski complex "Manzherok", where everyone can find something to their liking.
You can go skiing, snowboarding or buns, take an excursion lift on a gondola lift, which offers a charming panorama of the mountains, ride a snowmobile, drink author's tea or mulled wine in a bar or restaurant with a great view, participate in animation activities that the mountain resort will prepare.
You can have lunch in one of the restaurants or bars of the complex, or visit the Swedish line at the 3* or 5* hotel.
All events and services on the territory of the complex are paid for by the participants themselves.
The group will meet at 14:30 in the parking lot near the bus.
14:30-15:10 Transfer.
15:10-17:10 Excursion through the charming cedar forest to the frozen blue waterfall – Kamyshlinsky.
17:10-18:10 Transfer to the "Territory of happiness".
18:10-19:30 Rest in the room.
19.30-22.00 Christmas dinner.
Accommodation: campsite, double room, shower and toilet in the room.
Meals: breakfast, dinner.
Excursions: 1. Kamyshlinsky waterfall; 2. Rest at the GLK "Manzherok" (extra charge).
The length of the route: by car – 80 km, on foot – 5 km.
Day 5 - Lake of wild swans. Return transfer
07:00 – 08:00 Breakfast, packing, departure from the base.
08:00-11:30 Transfer to the Lebediny Nature Reserve.
A place where wild whooper swans and ducks stay for the winter.
11:30-12:30 Walk along Lake Svetloye, where through the frosty haze you can admire graceful birds and feed them with oats.
This concludes our tour.
The farewell of the participants to each other.

Option 1. For those who plan to fly from Gorno-Altaysk on flights at 16.10.

12.30-14.30: Transfer to the airport of Gorno-Altaisk, transfer to the Igman hotel (we recommend booking accommodation there, in case of overnight stay in Gorno-Altaisk).
Option 2. For those who plan to fly or leave Barnaul.
12:30-13:30 Transfer to Biysk.
13:30-14:30 Lunch at the cafe (self-paid).
14.30-16.30 (17.00) Transfer to Novoaltaysk, Dorozhnaya street-13, Sea Buckthorn Group.
This location is a large roadside complex with a cafe, toilets, a recreation area, a shop, here you can call a taxi that will take you to the desired point in Barnaul.
Please note! The city of Novoaltaysk is located near the city of Barnaul, but this is not Barnaul, the transfer is pass-through, without check-in to the city itself, the approximate travel time by taxi from the Sea Buckthorn Group to the airport of Barnaul is about 1 hour, the taxi is paid independently.
Option 3. For those who plan to fly or leave Novosibirsk.
12:00-13:00 Transfer to Biysk.
13:00-14:00 Lunch at the cafe (self-paid).
14:00-21:30: Transfer to Novosibirsk, Lenin-84.

It's important to know

Shoes: comfortable boots /valenki / ugg boots/boots for excursions. Warm slippers, closed (to walk around the room in them). The banquet hall allows you to wear shoes to a special event (but this is not an obligatory item of clothing);
Outerwear: a ski suit (if not, then you can replace it with trousers on a sintepon and an unsold jacket), a warm hat, a scarf and a balaclava (perfect for horseback riding), ski gloves, or other warm mittens / gloves;
Clothing: a sintepon vest, a warm sweater, thermal underwear (can be replaced with a warm tracksuit), wool socks, just socks;
Personal hygiene items, a towel, an individual first aid kit.
A gift for any randomly selected participant of the event. The gift is chosen at your discretion.
For those who plan to visit the ski resort – downhill skis, or snowboard, boots, glasses, gloves (if available). Also, you can rent all this at the ski campsite.
Regarding alcohol (for whom it is relevant) – there will be only champagne at the banquet dinner. You can take alcohol with you.
