Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Departure to the village of Ust-Koksa

    Departure to the village of Ust-Koksa.

    Departure from Novosibirsk at 20:00 (local time, MSK+4, arrival the day before the start of the tour). The place of departure is ul. Sovetskaya Street, 65.

    Departure from Barnaul at 23:50 (local time, MSK+4, arrival the day before the start of the tour). The place of departure is the restaurant and hotel complex "Oblepikha" (Novoaltaysk, Dorozhnaya str., 13).

    Departure from Gorno-Altaysk (airport) at 11:00.

    The road passes along the famous Chui tract among the rocky ridges of the Altai Mountains, then along the Kansk steppe to the Uymon Valley.

    Arrival of a bus from Novosibirsk to Ust-Koksa/Barnaul at 11.00.

    Lunch at the cafe.

    Arrival in Ust-Koksa by bus from Gorno-Altaisk at 17.00 (lunch on the way at your own expense).

    Length: by car – 825 km from Novosibirsk / 640 km from Barnaul (Novoaltaysk) / 375 km from Gorno-Altaysk.

  • Day 2 - Transfer to the village of Multa-maralnik. Ascent to the Lower Multinsky Lake
  • Day 3 - Radial access to the Upper Multinsky Lake
  • Day 4 - Radial exit to the observation deck of Mikhailovka Mountain
  • Day 5 - Transfer to Lake Kuyguk
  • Day 6 - Kuyguk Lake – Kuyguk Pass

  • a sauna is possible on the lower Multin lake (2,3 and 4 days of the route), approximately 2000 rubles/hour, on the Eco shopping mall "Altair" (1,8 day), 1500 rubles per hour.;

  • at the tourist complex, you can additionally book: rafting and other excursions (days 1 and 10);

  • on day 3, it is possible to drop off by motor boat to the middle lake and on the way back from the middle lake. Approximately 400 rubles per person for one trip. One passage shortens the path by about 3 kilometers;

Personal equipment you need for the tour
  • Trekking shoes for movement – 1 pair (worn light or medium trekking boots or sneakers);
  • Replaceable lightweight shoes for camping and crossing rivers into a ford – 1 pair ("crocs" or light sandals; flip-flops without fastening in the heel area are NOT recommended);
  • Lightweight trekking pants, made of synthetics – 1 pair;
  • T–shirt for movement, running - 2 pieces (at least 1 with long and 1 with short sleeves, made of moisture-wicking, quick-drying synthetics; shirts, cotton T-shirts are NOT recommended);
  • Fleece jacket for movement – 1 piece (fleece weight from light to medium)
  • A warm sweater for camp or long halts – 1 piece (or a down jacket with natural or synthetic insulation; alternatively, a second thick fleece; knitted wool and fur items are NOT recommended);

  • Raincoat (if there is a waterproof jacket, then it is not needed; a disposable plastic one is NOT recommended);
