An exciting journey has been prepared for you, the main point of which will be a visit to the atmospheric and picturesque villages of Vorzogory and Podporozhye.

Each point of the trip is beautiful in its own way, and it has its own originality. The cherry on the cake of the tour will, of course, be Cue Island, where the real beach season will begin very soon.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Vorzogory. The White Sea
On the first day of the tour, departure from Arkhangelsk railway station at 07:30-08:00. We recommend that you arrive in advance and spend the night in Arkhangelsk before the tour.
Earlier departure to Onega.
200 km on the way, dirt road, minibus (for an additional fee).
Arrival in Onega, lunch, we leave our things at the guest house.
Excursion to the ancient White Sea village of Vorzogory.
During the tour, you will get acquainted with the Pomeranian culture, find out who the Pomeranians are, and their way of life.
Visit the museum room of the Pomorsky Way of Life.
Take a walk along the shore of the White Sea, breathe in the sea air.
You will see a unique monument of wooden architecture – the Vorzogorsky "tee", climb the bell tower, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and Kiy Island.
A walk to the sea, you can set aside time for swimming.
Return to the guest house, accommodation.
Supper.
Sauna (optional, for an additional fee).

Day 2 - Cue Island
Homemade breakfast.
Meeting with the guide.
Departure to Kiy Island by boat (40 min. by sea).
Kiy is a small, picturesque stone island overgrown with pines in the White Sea near the mouth of the Onega River.
White Sea sunsets, fish-rich coastal waters, granite gray cliffs, sandy beaches and magnificent pine forests, an extremely interesting architectural ensemble and the history of the Kiysky Monastery of the Cross attract tourists.
Return to Onega, lunch at the guest house or lunch box with yourself.
Supper.
A sauna is optional for an additional fee.
Day 3 - Pomeranian villages. Return to Arkhangelsk
Homemade breakfast.
Departure by car up the Onega River to Podporozhye.
There are still dozens of wooden churches and chapels in the villages of Poonezhye, three churchyards, and we will see St. Vladimir's Church (1757), a striking example of a cubby multi-walled temple.
Inside the church, the heavens are amazing, few have survived to the present.
Return to the guest house.
Lunch.
Room release at 14:00, departure to Arkhangelsk (for an additional fee).
Return to Arkhangelsk at approximately 18:00.

The cost of the tour for a group of 2 people or more:

double occupancy — 31,500 rubles/person.;
single occupancy — 36,500 rubles/person.

Guest house "Alyonushka"

The guest complex consists of three well-maintained wooden cottages, which have single, double and triple rooms, bathrooms with showers, kitchen-living rooms with the necessary set of dishes, refrigerator, electric kettle and TV. Wi-Fi is also available.

There is a Russian sauna with a veranda for relaxing, a gazebo, a tennis table, a wooden swing and a fireplace where you can cook meat or fish.

There is a guarded parking lot for cars on the territory of the guest complex. At the request of tourists, excursions to Kiy Island and the Onega district can be organized.

For our guests, we offer delicious, homemade breakfasts, lunches and dinners, which you can enjoy in the cafe "Cabin Company", which is located on the territory of the guest complex or order food in the room.

Onega Mountain Guest House

The Onezhskaya Gora Home Hotel is located in a house that was built in 1894 at the Kholmogorskaya railway station. In 2006, the house was moved to Onega and 13 years later acquired a new status, as well as the third floor and baths.

The hotel offers 12 rooms of various classes:

Standard rooms with two separate beds (bathroom, shower, breakfast included in the price).
Rooms with a double bed (bathroom, shower, sauna (under renovation), breakfast is also included in the price).
Family room (double bed, single bed, bathroom, shower, breakfast).

Check-in at the Onezhskaya Gora Home Hotel is from 14:00, check-out until 12:00.

I really enjoyed the trip—thanks to the tour managers! Everything was well-organized and clearly planned. I especially appreciated how quickly they responded to any questions I had and explained everything patiently. Even though I was traveling solo, all the excursions felt lively and engaging. It was a bit disappointing that the last tour was canceled, but I appreciated the advance notice, which gave me the chance to arrange a visit on my own. I’ll definitely recommend you!
