Itinerary

Day 1 - Sightseeing tour of the city of Irkutsk
Welcome to Irkutsk!
The meeting takes place in 2 stages:
at the airport 8-8:30 (inside the building at the exit to the city with a sign "The Icy heart of Lake Baikal");
at the railway station 9-9:30 (meeting with a sign at the exit to the city inside the railway station building);
After gathering the group, we go to breakfast.
Attention! Check-in at the hotel is made after the excursion program.
Sightseeing tour of the city of Irkutsk.
We start from the place where in 1661 Yakov Pokhabov founded the Irkutsk prison, here we will also see the most memorable and ancient shrine of Irkutsk – the Church of the Savior, next to the colorful Epiphany Cathedral, the Polish Church, the Eternal Flame, the Moscow Gate, a monument to the Pioneers.
We will visit the Znamensky Monastery, next to which there is a monument to Admiral Kolchak.
Then we will go to Gagarin Boulevard.
No less interesting sightseeing sites are located here: the monument to Emperor Alexander III, erected in honor of the completion of the Great Trans–Siberian Railway, the only Moorish Castle in Siberia – the building that now houses the Irkutsk Museum of Local Lore, the White House (or Sibiryakovsky Palace) - the house that belonged to the merchants Sibiryakov, and then served as a residence for a long time Governor-General of Eastern Siberia.
Then we will visit a new tourist center with restored historical buildings – "Irkutsk Sloboda" (or the so-called 130th quarter).

After the excursions, in your free time, you can independently visit the favorite place for evening walks of Irkutsk residents and guests of the city – the embankment of the Angara River, or one of the many museums of the city.
And if you are not very tired after the road, you can go to the museum of wooden architecture "Taltsy" or to Listvyanka, take a walk through the tourist village, which is called the "Gates of Baikal" (independently, not included in the price).

Day 2 - Olkhon Island
Breakfast at the hotel.
Check-out, transfer to Olkhon Island.
Along the way, you will be able to admire the Siberian expanses – fields, forests, interesting relief of steppe and forest-steppe areas.
On the way you will have a stop, lunch at a cafe of Buryat cuisine – famous poses and delicious rich soup.
Ice crossing to Olkhon Island and transfer to the village of Khuzhir.
Accommodation in cozy and comfortable rooms with all amenities at the recreation center.
Walking tour to Cape Burkhan.
Cape Burkhan or Shamanka Rock is one of the nine shrines of Asia, you have certainly seen it in photographs of Lake Baikal!
This place is fabulously beautiful, has a powerful energy!
Think about the important and intimate things, stay in silence, and admire this beauty!

Day 3 - Cape Khoboy
Breakfast Today we are waiting for one of the most popular, interesting and amazing excursions on Lake Baikal – an excursion to Cape Khoboy!
Khoboy is the northernmost tip of Olkhon Island, a sacred place, where power and strength are felt.
We have a unique opportunity to see it from the Baikal side, drive up to its foot.
Along the way, we will have several stops, during which we will see ice caves, splashes, sokui, as well as Baikal hummocks and blue ice.
If we see the Baikal ice expanses, then why do thousands of people go to Lake Baikal every year!
Lunch is a Baikal picnic in the fresh air.
Return to the recreation center, dinner.

Day 4 - Ogoy Island
Breakfast at the recreation center.
Today we are waiting for a trip to Khivus – a hovercraft.
Let's go to Ogoy Island.
A Buddhist stupa erected on the island of Ogoy, officially referred to as the Stupa of Enlightenment, the Conquest of demons, containing a statue of a Female form, the mother of all Buddhas.
Let's go up to the Stupa, observing all the rules, make a wish, admire the beauty of the Small Sea from a height and go down to take a photo at Cape Dragon.
From several sides, the island is also framed by Baikal splashes, the height of which reaches several meters, we will definitely make a stop to admire this natural masterpiece.

Day 5 - Transfer to Irkutsk
Breakfast.
Departure to Irkutsk (approximate departure time from Olkhon is 12:00 – 14:00, information on a specific departure will be provided the day before).

The end of the tour.
Rooms are available until 12:00.
