Itinerary

Day 1 - Sightseeing tour of Listvyanka
10:00 Group meeting at Irkutsk airport.
Transfer to Listvyanka village.
The day of the beginning of the journey and exploring Lake Baikal.
We suggest starting it from the village of Listvyanka.
Perhaps one of the oldest Russian settlements on the shores of the great Lake.
From time immemorial, Listvyanka has been the Gateway to Lake Baikal.
Now it has turned into a tourist center, with equipped attractions, museums, cafes, restaurants, hotels and riding centers.
In Listvyanka, we will take a sightseeing tour of the village with a visit to the observation deck of the famous Shaman Stone, listen to the romantic legend of Lake Baikal, and visit the active Orthodox Church of St. Peter the Great. St. Nicholas the Wonderworker is the patron saint of all travelers and navigators.
Next, we will have an excursion to the Baikal Museum, where there are many exhibits telling about the flora and fauna of Lake Baikal.
Many animals can even be seen live in the aquariums located in the museum, including the cutest Baikal creature, the seal.
For indefatigable travelers, there is an opportunity to ride quad bikes (for an additional fee).for a fee) along the forest shore of this picturesque lake.
We will end this eventful day with a visit to the souvenir market adjacent to the fish rows, where you will be offered all the variety of Baikal fish cooked in various ways.

Day 2 - Transfer to the coast of the Small Sea
After breakfast, we take a bus to the coast of the Small Sea along the road that runs through the steppes past ancient Buryat villages, through the picturesque foothills of the Baikal range, the Siberian taiga, which then again give way to the Mongolian landscapes of the Tajeran steppe.
We stay at the campsite, have lunch in a cafe with dishes of Baikal, Russian and European cuisine.
And we suggest that everyone spend the second half of the day in their own way.
You can just look around and stroll around the surrounding areas, and enjoy the beauty of the great Lake Baikal.
We also offer to take an evening water tour of the islands of the Small Sea (for an additional fee).
In 2 hours you will enjoy the beauty of the Baikal sunset, as well as see the main islands of the Maloe Sea Strait.
The length of the crossing is 340 km. Travel time: ~ 6 hours. Transfer by group tourist transport to the Small Sea.
Meals included: breakfast at the hotel, lunch, dinner at the campsite.

Those who are curious can visit the caves and salt lakes of the Tajeran steppe, the Sarmin gorge, or take a water tour to Ogoy Island and holy springs for an additional fee. Day 7 - Return to Irkutsk
The week of travel passed unnoticed, but it left impressions and memories for several years.
The time you spend on your way to Irkutsk will help you organize and sort them out a little.
You will again see the picturesque mountains of the Baikal range, covered with forest thickets.
And closer to the city, populated areas will allow you to smoothly prepare for the return to everyday life.
The length of the crossing is 340 km. Travel time: ~ 7 hours. Transfer to Irkutsk by group tourist transport. The program ends in the city center at ~18:00.
