Day 1 - Arrival, Krasnousolsky resort, photo shoot in national costumes, cooking class
10:00 Meeting of the group in Ufa. The central entrance of the UFA Department Store (October Avenue, 31). The meeting is held at local time (the difference from Moscow time is + 2 hours).
Transfer to Krasnousolsky village (150 km).
Sightseeing tour of the Krasnousolsky resort, including the Tabyn Chapel, the place of the appearance of the holy icon of the Tabyn Mother of God; Holy springs (mineral and healing water).
The uniqueness of the Krasnousolsky resort is that here, on an area of only 15 hectares, about 250 springs of mineral waters are knocked out of the bowels of the earth.

Day 2 - Ukly-Kaya rock, acquaintance with Bashkir culture, koumiss tasting
Breakfast.
Radial walking tour in the vicinity of the Zilim Nature Park with a visit to the Ukly-Kaya cliff (180 m above the Zilim level).
Translated from Bashkir, Ukly-Kai means "Strelnaya Mountain".
According to legend, before getting married, young Bashkirs organized archery competitions near the rock.
If the arrow reached the mountain, it was believed that the young man had become a man.
To confirm the legend, arrowheads were often found on its slopes.

Day 3 - Excursions and museums in the village of Kaga
Breakfast.

Bus trip to the mountainous and forested areas of the Southern Urals to the ancient Russian village of Kaga (250 km).
Along the way, landscapes change from the Ural steppes to the majestic Ural mountains.
Part of the route passes through the territory of the South Ural State Nature Reserve.
In good weather, you can enjoy a view of the highest peak of the Southern Urals – Bolshoy Yaman-Tau.

Day 4 - Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve
Breakfast.
Transfer to the Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve (100 km).
Visit to the museum and demonstration complex of the Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve.
The basis for the creation of the reserve was the habitation in this region of the core of the purebred aboriginal population of the honey bee – the Burzyansk honey bee ("burzyanki") in the conditions of bee–keeping - Bashkir folk craft.
This reserve turned out to be the world's first zone protecting native wild bees.
Tourists will have the opportunity to taste on-board honey (for an additional fee in season).
Acquaintance with the object of natural and cultural heritage included in the UNESCO World Heritage tentative list: a unique monument of the Paleolithic era – the cave "Shulgan-Tash" (Kapova cave).
Thousands of years ago, primitive people lived in it and left their drawings on the walls – images of animals.
Such ancient drawings, before their discovery in this cave, were known only in the caves of Spain and France.

Day 5 - Bashkir State Reserve, transfer to Lake Bannoye
Breakfast.
Car transfer to the Bashkir State Reserve (30 km) – the very first reserve formed in the Southern Urals.
The reserve lies in the part of the Urals where its main ranges Kraka and Ural Tau lose their meridional direction and break up into a network of very complexly constructed hills.
The acquaintance with the museum and excursion complex will begin with the history and nature features of the reserve and the Southern Urals.
You can watch them at the deer enclosure, learn interesting facts about their horns and take memorable photos.

Transfer to Lake Bannoye (140 km).
Check-in at the campsite.
Free time: it is possible to get acquainted with sanatorium and resort resources (sanatorium "Yubileyny", sanatorium "Yakty-kul", recreation center "Berezki"), located at a distance of 0.5 to 1 km from the camp site.

Day 6 - Tour of the Mountain gorge, ascent by cable car

A tourist complex in which buildings built at the end of the 19th century (the estate of the mining hospital) and modern domed houses harmoniously coexist. On the territory there is a detached kitchen-dining room, a camp site administrator's house, baths, guest houses, a parking place for vehicles.

Each domed house has an area of 60 m2, 3 rooms (2-3 beds) and 2 shared bathrooms. Room facilities: single/double beds with orthopedic mattresses, cabinets /shelves for storage, mirror. Heating/water supply/sewerage-centralized.
