We will walk around the capital of Bashkortostan, see many monuments, and visit the national Museum.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Guided tour of Ufa, lunch with elements of Bashkir cuisine, a master class on cooking baursak
Meeting of the group at 10:00 local time (the difference from Moscow time is + 2 hours) in Ufa – the central entrance of the Ufa department store (31 Oktyabrya Avenue).
Ufa city tour program, which includes:
The main objects of the exhibition are: S.T. Aksakov Garden, monument to M. Karim, Monument of Friendship, Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, First Cathedral Mosque, Sofyushkina Alley, Government House, M. Gafuri Theater;
inspection of the Monument to M.M. Shaimuratov, the legendary Bashkir hero, commander of the 112th Bashkir Cavalry Division;
visit to the National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan – over 190 thousand exhibits telling about the nature, history, culture of our region and the peoples inhabiting it.
Lunch with elements of Bashkir cuisine.
Transfer to the campsite (140 km from Ufa). Placement.
A master class on cooking baursak, a traditional Bashkir dish.
Since ancient times, baursak was not just a pastry, it symbolized the sun and happiness. Therefore, it was prepared on special days and treated only to the most dear and kind guests.

Day 2 - Walking tour to Ukly-Kaya rock, acquaintance with Bashkir culture, excursion to the horse yard
Breakfast.
Walking tour with an inspection of the Ukly-Kaya cliff. Translated from Bashkir, Ukly-Kaya means "Mountain of arrows".
According to legend, young Bashkirs shot at the rock before getting married. If the arrow reached the mountain, it was believed that the young man had become a man.
To confirm the legend, arrowheads were often found on the slopes of the cliff.
The picturesque location has interesting art objects that have become the hallmark of the Gafuri district: a memorial of seven arrows, a stele "In Memory of the Batyrs" ("Batyrzar Rukhy").
Lunch.
Acquaintance with Bashkir culture: a story about national Bashkir costumes, a photo shoot in national costumes.
Archery: feel like a real batyr and try your hand at marksmanship.
Excursion to the horse yard. You will learn interesting facts about horses and what is the peculiarity of the Bashkir breed, you will see the leader of the herd and the foals, and you will also be told the secrets of cooking koumiss.
You can complement your vacation with horseback riding, as well as spend time on the banks of the Zilim River.

Day 3 - Krasnousolsky Resort and Toratau Geopark, shihan
Breakfast.
Transfer to Krasnousolsk village (60 km).
Sightseeing tour at Krasnousolsky resort.
The Usolka geological section is Russia's first "golden nail", recognized as the world standard for the study of the Sakmara stage. Its age — 294 million years, is really amazing.
Tabyn Chapel, the place of the appearance of the holy icon of the Tabyn Mother of God.
Holy springs (mineral and healing water): the uniqueness of the Krasnousolsky resort lies in the fact that here, on an area of only 15 hectares, about 250 springs of mineral waters come out of the bowels of the earth.
Each of them differs in a set of specific trace elements and has a unique effect on the human body.
Those who wish can swim in the fonts (mineral springs: salt water). The constant water temperature is about 10 degrees all year round.
Lunch.
Transfer to the Toratau Geopark visitor center (60 km).
The Toratau Geopark is part of the UNESCO Global Geopark network. This is a territory that unites objects of international importance, natural and historical-cultural sites.
Familiarization with the main objects of the geopark will give us an understanding of how the Ural Mountains were formed, why coral reefs ended up on land, and which hundreds of millions of years old fossils lie literally underfoot.
Visit to the symbol of the geopark — shihana Toratau. This is not just a unique natural monument, it is a source of knowledge, strength and inspiration for many generations of the Bashkir people.
We will walk at the foot, and the bravest will be able to climb the stairs (787 steps) to the top to experience the grandeur of this place.
Shikhany is a unique natural monument, the remains of ancient coral reefs, containing fossils of corals, sponges, echinoderms and algae, which are about 300 million years old. This is living evidence that there was once a warm Devonian sea here.

The tour was excellently organized. We traveled in a comfortable bus with a professional and friendly driver. The accommodation and meals were also very good. I would especially like to highlight our guide, Elena. Her deep knowledge, outstanding understanding of the region, engaging and expressive storytelling, subtle sense of humor, and excellent communication skills make her a top-class professional. She managed to bring together a group of very different people and became our leader and the heart of the group throughout all 10 days. There was, however, one thing that slightly detracted from the overall impression: the indifferent attitude and reluctance to address guests’ concerns on the part of the administration of the Chaika campsite at the Nugush Reservoir.
