Option I
The Elbrus tour starts at 6:00.
Excursion to the foot of the highest peak of the Caucasus, Russia and Europe, Elbrus, which is the most mysterious and mystical mountain of the Caucasus.
Meals on the route are available for an additional fee.
Breakfast ~ at 7:00-8:00 at a roadside cafe — khichiny, coffee, herbal tea.
Stop (~ for 2 hours) at Cheget glade — the foot of Cheget Mountain, from the slopes of which the best view of Elbrus opens in clear weather. Two levels of the chairlift are lifted to a height of 3,100 meters above sea level.
Stop (~ 3 hours) at the Azau glade, the southern foot of Mount Elbrus. Ascent of closed cable cars:
- The 1st level rises to a height of 3,000 meters above sea level — Stary Krugozor station;
- The 2nd level rises to a height of 3,500 meters above sea level — Mir station;
- The 3rd level rises to a height of 3,900 meters above sea level — Gara-Bashi station.
Lunch on Azau after descent from the cable cars ~ at 14.00. National Balkarian cuisine: shurpa, lagman, kebabs, trout, manti, khychiny.
Stop at Narzanov glade (~ 30 min.) on the way back from Elbrus. Narzan tasting, you can take unlimited bottles with you for free.
Return to the hotel ~ at 19:30.

Option II
Excursion to Dombay ~ at 6:00.
Dombay is the most famous tourist and ski center in the Western Caucasus. A land of blue skies, intoxicating air, rushing rivers, everyone is struck by the whiteness of huge glaciers, the emerald greenery of forests and the bright diversity of alpine meadows.
Meals on the route are available for an additional fee.
Breakfast – Karachai khichins, tea on mountain herbs.
There is a short stop in the Teberdinsky National Park: either the Ullu-Muruju Mountain River or the Kara Kel Lake.
Dombayskaya polyana (~ at 11:00.) — stop for ~ 4 hours. All the cable cars in Dombay are laid along the slopes of Moussa Achitara Mountain. Cable car ride from Dombayskaya Polyana.
- 1st ascent by closed cable car to a height of 2270 m above sea level.;
- 2nd ascent on a 6-seater chairlift to a height of 3012 m. above sea level.;
- 3rd ascent on a 4-seater chairlift to a height of 3,200 m above sea level.
Free time: photos, tasting of local cuisine, markets, souvenirs.
Lunch at local cafes: khychiny, shurpa, lagman, kebabs, trout, manti, mulled wine, tea on mountain herbs.
Return to the hotel ~ at 19:30-20:00.

Option III
Excursion "Upper Balkaria" at 6:50.
The Chegem Gorge is one of the most picturesque in the Caucasus, where the film "Sannikov Land" was shot, a walk through the gorge along the Chegem mountain river to the Chegem Waterfalls, the largest karst waterfalls in the Caucasus.
Meals on the route are available for an additional fee.
After the walk, a late breakfast with dishes of the national Balkarian cuisine: kebabs, zhalbaur (liver), trout, lagman, shurpa, khychiny, homemade wine, tea on mountain herbs.
Transfer to the Cherek gorge ~ 2 hours.
The village of Verkhnyaya Balkaria in the Cherek Gorge is the ancestral home of the Balkarian people. An inspection of the ancient towers.
Cherek Gorge is a stop on an observation deck near a deep cliff overlooking an ancient mountain road.
Blue Lake is the deepest karst lake in the Caucasus (it is cold).
Aushiger village — bathing in a hot spring.
Return to the hotel ~ at 19:00-19:30.
To take with you: bathing accessories and a towel. You can't take a towel out of the hotel!
