Day 1 - Meeting, a program to choose from

Excursion "Pyatigorsk" to Lermontov places at 14:00.
According to the program of the tour:
Visit: Lake "Failure", Aeolian Harp, grotto of M.Y. Lermontov, Academic Gallery. A walk along Goryachaya Mountain to the emblem of the Caucasian Mineral Waters — the sculpture "Eagle torturing a Snake", a visit to Diana's grotto, the Flower Garden Park with the Lermontov Gallery and a visit to the place of M.Y. Lermontov's duel on the northwestern slope of Mount Mashuk.
For an additional fee. independent visit at any free time:
The museum-reserve "House of M.Y. Lermontov". The cost of the tour: adult — 200 rubles, for schoolchildren — 150 rubles.;
Cable car to the top of Mount Mashuk ascent and descent, adult — 380 rubles, children under 5 years old — 200 rubles.

Excursion "Honey waterfalls" at 13:00.

Koltso Mountain is one of the Lermontov places in Kislovodsk.
Tea house (free tasting of herbal tea and many types of jam.
Honey Waterfalls is a gorge of the Alikonovka River, decorated with several waterfalls.
There is an ethnographic museum on the territory of the campsite, national costumes for photos.
Additional expenses; 100 rubles. — environmental fee on the territory of the campsite.
Return to Pyatigorsk at 18:30.

The trip "Suvorov baths" at 14:00.
Transfer to the village of Suvorovskaya.
Suvorov thermal springs are a great place for treatment and relaxation.

Day 2 - A program to choose from
Option 1.
Excursion "Elbrus" at 6:00.
Excursion to the foot of the highest peak of the Caucasus, Russia and Europe, Elbrus, which is the most mysterious and mystical mountain of the Caucasus.
According to the program of the excursion:
Stop for breakfast at 8:00 at a roadside cafe for an additional fee.
Stop (2 hours) at the Cheget meadow — the foot of the Cheget mountain, from the slopes of which the best view of Elbrus opens in clear weather.
Two levels of the chairlift are raised to a height of 3,100 meters above sea level.
Cable cars for an additional fee for 1 person — 900 rubles. (2 levels).
Stop (3 hours) at the Azau glade — the southern foot of the Elbrus.
Climbing on closed cable cars.
The 1st level rises to a height of 3000 meters above sea level — the station "Stary Krugozor".
The 2nd level rises to a height of 3,500 meters above sea level — Mir station.

Dombayskaya Polyana is the heart of the mountains of the northwestern Caucasus, a famous tourist and ski center.
According to the program of the excursion:

The Ullu Muruju Mountain river is one of the cleanest rivers on the planet from which you can drink!
A stop, a photo, a set of bottled water.
Dombayskaya polyana (at 11:00) — stop for 4 hours.
Arriving at Dombayskaya Polyana, everyone climbs the slopes of Moussa Achitara Mountain to an altitude of 3,200 meters above sea level to see the breathtaking panorama of the Main Caucasian Ridge with its famous peaks.
All cable cars in Dombay are laid along the slopes of Moussa Achitara Mountain.

The picturesque Chegem Gorge, where the film "Sannikov Land" was filmed, a walk along the gorge along the Chegem mountain river to the Chegem waterfalls — the largest karst waterfalls of the Caucasus.
Lunch with dishes of the national Balkarian cuisine for an additional fee.
The village of Upper Balkaria in the Cherek Gorge is the ancestral home of the Balkarian people.

It's important to know

Documents

The first and most important thing is the documents! PASSPORT and birth certificate of the child (if you are traveling with children). What for? Firstly, in your travels you will cross the borders of the subjects of the Russian Federation and therefore passport control is possible. Secondly, there is a discount for children on all cable cars, but only upon presentation of a birth certificate!

Clothes

Clothes should be light, comfortable and warm. Traveling through the mountains, you will most likely have to cross several climatic zones at once, which means that the temperature difference is guaranteed. Therefore, do not be lazy to put on several things at once. Let you wear a T-shirt, a warm jacket, a down vest, and a warm jacket. You can always take off the top "layer", or vice versa, quickly insulate yourself as needed. And be sure to wear warm, waterproof shoes. Don't forget your swimsuit and slippers. And also take spare dry socks with you (take them with you on excursions if your feet get wet). For women, a headscarf for visiting mosques and temples

Cosmetics

Sunscreen in order to avoid sunburn is simply necessary! After all, it is much easier to get them in the mountains than in the flat part. Do not forget a hygienic lipstick, because it is often windy in the mountains and you can chafe your lips. As well as sunglasses.
