Day 1 - Meeting, a program to choose from
Transfer from Mineralnye Vody Airport (group) at 12:00.

Excursion "Pyatigorsk" to Lermontov places at 14:00.
According to the program of the tour:
Visit: Lake "Failure", Aeolian Harp, grotto of M.Y. Lermontov, Academic Gallery.
A walk along Goryachaya Mountain to the emblem of the Caucasian Mineral Waters — the sculpture "Eagle torturing a Snake", a visit to Diana's grotto, the Flower Garden Park with the Lermontov Gallery and a visit to the place of M.Y. Lermontov's duel on the northwestern slope of Mount Mashuk.

Museum-reserve "House of M.Y. Lermontov";
Cable car to the top of Mount Mashuk ascent and descent.

There is an ethnographic museum on the territory of the campsite, national costumes for photos.

Return to Pyatigorsk~ at 18:30.

The trip "Suvorov baths" at 14:00.
Transfer to the village of Suvorovskaya.
Suvorov thermal springs (extra charge for bathing) is a great place for treatment and relaxation.

Excursion "Elbrus" at 6:00.
According to the program of the tour:
Stop for breakfast at 8:00 at a roadside cafe for an additional fee.
Stop (2 hours) at the Cheget meadow — the foot of the Cheget mountain, from the slopes of which the best view of Elbrus opens in clear weather.
Two levels of the chairlift lift to a height of 3,100 meters above sea level.
Cable cars for an additional fee for 1 person – 900 rubles. (2 levels)
Stop (3 hours) at the Azau glade — the southern foot of the Elbrus.
Climbing on closed cable cars:
The 1st level rises to a height of 3000 meters above sea level — the station "Stary Krugozor".
The 2nd level rises to a height of 3,500 meters above sea level — Mir station.
The 3rd level rises to a height of 3900 meters above sea level — the Gara-Bashi station.
Cable cars for an additional fee for 1 person — 1,600 rubles (3 levels are paid at once).
Lunch at Azau after the descent from the cable cars for an additional fee at 14:00.
Stop at Narzanov glade (30 min.) on the way back from Elbrus.

The picturesque Chegem gorge, where the film "Sannikov Land" was filmed, a walk along the gorge along the Chegem mountain river to the Chegem waterfalls — the largest karst waterfalls in the Caucasus, lunch of national Balkarian cuisine for an additional fee.
The village of Upper Balkaria in the Cherek gorge is the ancestral home of the Balkarian people, an inspection of ancient towers.
Cherekskaya Gorge is a stop on an observation deck near a deep cliff overlooking an ancient mountain road.
Blue Lake is the deepest karst lake in the Caucasus (it is cold).

The temple of Thaba-Yerdy is the earliest Christian temple in the Caucasus (VIII century).
The gorge of the Assa River, decorated with stone pillars.
The "Tower of Concord" in the city of Magas, ascent to a glass balcony at a height of about 100 meters.

It's important to know

Documents

The first and most important thing is the documents! Passport and birth certificate of the child (if you are traveling with children). What for? Firstly, in your travels you will cross the borders of the subjects of the Russian Federation and therefore passport control is possible. Secondly, there is a discount for children on all cable cars, but only upon presentation of a birth certificate!

Clothes

Clothes should be light, comfortable and warm. Traveling through the mountains, you will most likely have to cross several climatic zones at once, which means that the temperature difference is guaranteed. Therefore, do not be lazy to put on several things at once. Let you wear a T-shirt, a warm jacket, a down vest, and a warm jacket. You can always take off the top "layer", or vice versa, quickly insulate yourself as needed. And be sure to wear warm, waterproof shoes. Don't forget your swimsuit and slippers. And also take spare dry socks with you (take them with you on excursions if your feet get wet). For women, a headscarf for visiting mosques and temples

Cosmetics

Sunscreen in order to avoid sunburn is simply necessary! After all, it is much easier to get them in the mountains than on the flat part. Do not forget a hygienic lipstick, because it is often windy in the mountains and you can chafe your lips. As well as sunglasses.
