Itinerary

Day 1 - Sightseeing tour of the city of Petrozavodsk, lunch at the restaurant of national cuisine, Kivach waterfall
08:00 Arrival in Petrozavodsk. Breakfast in the cafe of the city is a buffet.

During the city tour of Petrozavodsk, you will learn the history of streets, buildings, squares and parks of the city and get acquainted with more than three hundred years of the city's history. You will see the famous architectural ensemble of the Round Square, visit the Governor's Garden, Cathedral Square and the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.
Take a walk along the famous embankment of Lake Onega – the most beautiful place in the city, the history of Petrovskaya Sloboda was born here, rooted in ancient and mysterious Hyperborea, modernity comes to life here in a unique exposition of avant–garde sculptural monuments - donated by the twin cities "Tree of Desires", "Wave of Friendship", "Thinking Reed", "Mermaid".
Lunch at the only restaurant of national cuisine (extra charge).
We invite you to the world's first and only restaurant of traditional Karelian cuisine – Karelian Gornitsa, located in the very center of Petrozavodsk.
After lunch, we will go to our place of residence, on the way we will stop at the most famous plain waterfall in Europe – Kivach.
The most famous plain waterfall in Europe is Kivach. This is truly one of the most beautiful places in our region. You will have an interesting tour with a tour of the three sites of the handsome waterfall, acquaintance with the famous Karelian birch and the nature museum.

Day 2 - Ruskeala Mountain Park, Akhvenkoski Waterfall, Karelian cocktail master class

Departure to the Ruskeala Mountain Park.
We will visit the most beautiful place in Karelia – Ruskeala Mountain Park! Our driver-guide will tell you a lot of interesting things on the way about Karelia and the places near which we will pass.
On the way to the Ruskeala Mountain Park, we will see the famous Akhvenkoski Waterfall, and visit the cross of worship.
Excursion in the mountain park. After the tour, you will have free time. In the mountain park there is an opportunity to rent a boat and ride in the canyon. There is also an opportunity in the park to "tickle" your nerves on extreme rides (jumping off a cliff, flying through a canyon on a tightrope).

Departure to the recreation center.
Under favorable weather conditions, we will be happy to arrange for you the opportunity to ascend in a balloon to a height of 70 meters and take a bird's-eye view of the beauty of Karelia. The pilots are qualified specialists with real experience of civil flights.

Karelian dinner and a master class on Karelian cocktails.
We invite you to a Karelian dinner: a beautiful table, delicious Karelian dishes, an interesting interactive with Karelian riddles and, of course, a master class on making cocktails with Karelian tinctures! A warm, cozy evening awaits us, filled with interesting conversations and laughter.

Day 3 - Free day or additional excursion
Late breakfast.
Today we will give you the opportunity to sleep well and enjoy the tranquility and nature: a leisurely breakfast, walks, nature and you.
Collecting things. Room release. Departure to Petrozavodsk.
Completion of the program. Hugs and waiting for new meetings!
The end time of the program is 13:00. Another time is possible if you purchase an additional program.
Additionally, it is possible to:
Visit the kennel and get acquainted with its main inhabitants – Siberian and Alaskan huskies. On the tour you will get to know them and learn about the world of sled racing. Our dogs are champions and participants of the most famous long races in Russia and abroad. And these fluffy northern dogs are extremely friendly, their hearts are full of trust in people and the joy of life.
The second part of the tour is a visit to our tame reindeer. We will tell you interesting facts about their biology and content and treat them with their favorite delicacy – lichen yagel. You can also take your own treats with you – apples, carrots, crackers.
