We invite you to plunge into the world of untouched nature of Karelia, where crystal clear lakes and rivers conceal enormous opportunities for a rich catch. You will spend 5 intense days surrounded by pristine nature.

There are accommodation options for both lovers of comfort and lovers of romance - you can stay in a fisherman's house or in an open-air tent.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Walk along Onega embankment, “Marcial waters”, transfer to the lake shore
09:00 Meeting at the Petrozavodsk station, accommodation in jeeps. Breakfast in a city cafe. A short introductory tour of the city, a walk along the Onega embankment.
11:00 Departure from Petrozavodsk along the “old Murmansk highway” - the historical route along which Peter I passed. Stop in the village of Tsarevichi near the chapel.
Next, a visit to the first Russian resort “Marcial Waters”, founded in 1719 by decree of Peter I.
Tasting water from three underground springs.
Continue along the route.
Driving along old forest roads deep into Karelia. Stops at forest lakes, fishing from the shore.
15:00 Stop and lunch on the route.
Continue along the route.
19:00 Arrival at a fishing village on the shore of the lake, lost in the forest. Comfortable accommodation in a wooden house with stove heating.
The house is electrified by a gas generator.
Cooking dinner.
Day 2 - Fishing, cooking caught fish and sauna
Breakfast.
Fishing from a boat on a system of lakes. Inflatable boats with Tohatsu, Yamaha, and Suzuki engines are used.
Lunch on the islands or at the house.
Cooking caught fish.
Preparing a bath (preparing firewood, water, brooms).
Dinner.
Overnight in the house.
Day 3 - Fishing, cooking caught fish and bathhouse
Breakfast.
Fishing from a boat on a system of lakes with a total length of more than 100 km.
Inflatable boats with Tohatsu, Yamaha, and Suzuki engines are used.
Lunch on the islands or at the house.
Cooking caught fish.
Dinner.

Day 4 - Fishing and preparation for departure

Day 5 - Transfer to Petrozavodsk, Girvas hydroelectric power station, Kivach waterfall
07:00-08:00 Early rise, breakfast, departure.
Driving along forest and dirt roads to the Kola highway.
15:00 On the way, sightseeing of the ancient operating Girvas hydroelectric power station (Paleozerskaya hydroelectric power station), built on a rock of volcanic origin.
It was thanks to the hydroelectric dam, which drained the bed of the Suna River, that the oldest volcano, Girvas (3 billion years old), was discovered.
Stop, have a snack on the way.
17:00 Visit to the Kivach nature reserve, the Kivach waterfall and the wildlife museum. Photo for memory.
19:30 Arrival in Petrozavodsk, dinner at a city cafe.
20:00 Arrival at the station.
