Itinerary

Day 1 - Rafting on the Keret River from Lake. Varlamovo to Lake. New
The journey starts in Louhi village, where you need to get there on your own on the first day of the program.
We recommend purchasing tickets for train No. 016 upon arrival from Moscow.
After meeting at the Louhi railway station, you will be transferred to the starting point of the rafting – Lake. Varlamovo (20 km, about 30 minutes on the road).
Breakfast in the field, preparation of equipment for going out on the river.
Before the start, you will receive a safety briefing and pick up your equipment: a life jacket, helmet, paddles.
General and personal items will be packed in waterproof bags.
Catamaran rafting on the Keret River: Lake. Varlamovo Lake. Nameless – pore. White Fang (1-2 cc) – por. Murash (2 K.S.) – Lake. New. There is a total of 12 km of the way.
There will be a hot lunch or snack on the way.
Setting up a camp on one of the shores of Lake Novoe.
Dinner and overnight in the field.
Day 2 - Rafting on the Keret River from Lake. New to oz. Varatskoye
After breakfast, you will continue rafting on the Keret River: Lake. New – por. Dry – pore. Krivoy-2 – Lake The curve is a pore. A long time. Varatsky Lake. Varatskoye (28 km).
There will be a hot lunch or snack on the way.
You will paddle part of the way, and on quieter sections you will use the motor to enjoy the picturesque Karelian landscapes.
In the evening, you will take part in setting up a camp on the shores of Lake Varatskoye and cooking dinner.
Supper.
Free time at the camp.
You can gather in a group around a campfire, play traditional hiking games, and share your impressions of the hike.
Overnight in the field.
Day 3 - The day
Breakfast at the camp.
You will have some free time.
You can play active games, go swimming, steam in the tourist bath, take a walk in the woods or just relax.
Instructors will flood the sauna – the best way to relieve fatigue during a hike.
"Bath procedures" smooth out the effect of high doses of adrenaline, relax muscles, and relieve tension perfectly.
Dinner and overnight in the field.
Day 4 - Rafting on the Keret River from Lake Baikal. Varatskoe until now. Oil - based
Breakfast at the camp.
Continuation of rafting on the Kereti lake. Varatskoye is a port. Kareshka (1-2 c.s.) – por. Krasnobystry (3 c.s.) – por. Oil tank (2-3 hp), 15 km.
There will be a hot lunch or snack on the way.
You will row part of the way, and on the lakes you will use the motor to enjoy the picturesque Karelian landscapes.
If the weather is good, you will make stops to swim.
In the late afternoon, you will set up camp on one of the shores, participate in cooking dinner and relax by the campfire.
Free time at the camp.
Overnight in the field.

Day 5 - Access to the White Sea
After breakfast, rafting on the Keret River along the route: port. Pavlovsky (2nd class) – por. Kolupaevsky (2-3 k.s.) – por. Krivoy-3 (3 k.s.) – port. Morskoy (2nd class) – O. Oleny, 29 km.
On the way, have a snack or a full lunch on the beach.
Access to the White Sea.
The northern nature enchants with tides, the smell of the sea, surf, winds and calm, islands, stone foreheads, salt water.
The White Sea is one of the smallest seas. Although it is called the only inland sea of Russia, it is a bay of the Arctic Ocean.
The archipelago, spread out in the White Sea, has more than a hundred islands of different sizes.
Transfer to one of the islands in the White Sea – O. Deer park, where you will park.

Day 6 - The day
Breakfast at the camp.
You will have some free time.
You can explore the island on foot by land or by catamaran by water.
The underwater world of the White Sea is rich and unique.
The surface of the rocks is covered with soft corals and anemones, starfish, ophiurians, crabs and shrimps crawl between the rocks.
Of the fish, there are catfish, sea bass, flounder, kerchak, beldyuga, maslyuk and pinog fish.
It's not even necessary to have special equipment to spy on life underwater, as the water here is very clear – no one will hide from our inquisitive gaze.
You can also go swimming, sunbathe, go in search of berries to make compote, add to tea, or just have a snack while walking.
The instructors will flood the sauna.
Dinner and overnight in the field.
Day 7 - Route completion
After breakfast, you will have free time.
You can spend it at your discretion.
Collecting personal belongings and equipment.
You will travel by catamaran to the village of Nizhnyaya Pulonga (6 km, about 2 hours on the way).
Lunch in the field.
17:00 Transfer to Chupa station.
You will have time to go to the store and buy a snack for the road.
Departure by night trains from Chupa station.
Return tickets must be purchased for the train departing from Chupa station on the next calendar day after the end of the tour, for example, train No. 015 "Arctic".

Overnight stays in three-person tourist tents throughout the tour. Each participant is provided with a thermal insulation mat.

It is possible to rent a double tent (for 1 or 2 people) — 1,500 rubles. for the alloy.

The cost of the tour for 1 person, depending on the choice of watercraft:

double catamaran (without instructor) – 29,500 rubles/person.
six–seater catamaran (five participants + instructor) - 36,500 rubles /person.
four–person catamaran (three participants + instructor) - 44,500 rubles/person.

Please note! Applications for participation in the tour on catamarans without an instructor and on a four-person catamaran with an instructor are accepted only from ready-made crews.

It's important to know

Take with you:

a backpack without a machine or a travel bag;
sleeping bag (if you do not have a personal one, you can rent it from the company, payment is made when booking a trip).

The form of clothing during the rafting:

socks should be on your feet (not thin cotton, tighter). Shoes that you don't mind getting wet (sneakers are perfect). If you have neoprene socks or neoprene boots, it is welcome;
rubber boots are prohibited, because when they get into the water, they pull the participant down;
as outerwear: comfortable sportswear for the weather or a neoprene suit (if available). It is desirable that the clothes be quick-drying. We recommend not to take jeans, any sweatpants will do instead;
Recommended: put on a light Bolognese suit (protection from wind and moisture). Raincoats made of dense materials can be used;
you can take thin cotton gloves or neoprene gloves on your hands (optional);
there will be a helmet on your head, you can put a bandana under it;
you can take a camera, there will be sealed packages on the rafts, in which it can be hidden at the moment of passing the threshold;
if you wear glasses, try to come up with a chain for them (so as not to lose them) or put on lenses for the duration of the alloy.

A set of clothes for changing clothes after rafting:

a set of dry comfortable outerwear;
dry comfortable shoes and socks;
beanie/bandana/buff;
a set of spare underwear.

Clothing for sleeping in a tent:

warm loose clothing (if available, thermal underwear);
warm socks (woolen ones are possible) and a thin hat (nights can be cool);
for the evening, a fleece jacket / sweatshirt / jacket.

For a trip to the tourist bath:

individual towel;
swimsuit (boys / girls go to the bathhouse all together, groups of 8-10 people);
slates/sandals for sports.

Shoes (comfortable, without heels):

one for rafting on the river;
the second one is for the camp (you can take rubber boots if it rains according to the forecast);
The third one is "urban".

Personal items:

knee pads (when rafting on a catamaran) — not necessary;
repellents (mosquitoes, midges);
flashlight with a set of spare batteries;
sunglasses and sunscreen and after sunburn, if it is sunny according to the forecast;
personal hygiene products (including toilet paper);
an individual first aid kit;
small polyurethane seat mat;
portable charger;
personal utensils (mug, deep bowl, spoon).

Documents and money in an airtight package:

passport;
medical insurance policy (photocopy is available);
We recommend that you always have a small amount of cash with you so that, if desired, you can quickly buy the necessary things at stops along the route.
