Day 1 - New Year's Kostroma and the Snow Maiden's tower
13:00 Meeting of the group in Kostroma with a guide at the Snegurochka Hotel.
Lunch at the cafe.
15:00 Sightseeing tour of the center of New Year's Kostroma.
The main square of the city is the heart of Kostroma, its business card is Susaninskaya Square, popularly called "frying pan".
Along the perimeter of the square there are the most elegant and representative buildings of the late classicism era of the nineteenth century: Borshchov's house, provincial offices, guardhouse, fire tower — the best fire tower in the Russian province is in the northern part of the square, and on the opposite side, on the site of the old auction, there are about 15 stone rows.

And for the first time, a century later, the revived golden dome of the bell tower of the Assumption Cathedral of the former Kostroma Kremlin rises.

Bayun the cat and his brownie assistants will show the house where the Snow Maiden and her fairy—tale friends live, tell about miracles, Berendeyev legends and traditions.
You will see a puppet tale about the Snow Maiden and, most importantly, get to know the Snow Maiden herself — you will touch the ancient tale of the Snow Maiden with your soul.
Day 2 - The museum "Les chudodey", a trip to Nerekhta to the factory of Santa Claus, a master class and a game program.

10:30 a.m. Museum "Miracle Forest".
On the banks of the Kostroma River, along Ostrovsky Street, there is an unusual "Fairy Tale House" that attracts the attention of residents and guests of our city with its magical view.
Hall 1 "Forest – nature's storeroom".
It is here that the idea of forest treasures is formed: an entertaining story is being told about the healing and magical properties of trees.
There is an acquaintance with the ancient crafts that flourish in our God-forsaken land. And these are: wood carving, willow twig weaving and artistic forging.
Hall 2 "The World of forest tales".
Continuing our acquaintance with the world of the royal forest, we plunge into the atmosphere of forest myths, legends, tall tales. The woven branches of the miracle forest willingly welcome guests and, like wizards, envelop, fascinate and beckon to themselves.
Here lives the Lord of the Stumps, the Stump-Eversion, the Goblin, there is a hut of Baba Yaga. Forest birds and animals accompany you throughout your forest journey.
Hall 3 "The magic of natural materials and metal".
In this hall, the characters of Slavic myths and legends come to life in metal. Kikimora, Water, bizarre butterflies, dragonflies and ants — all this is the creation of the skillful hands of Kostroma blacksmiths. The combinations of natural materials delight and surprise.
12:00 Lunch at a cafe in the city.
13:00-18:00 Trip to Nerekhta to the factory of Santa Claus.
The program "Yuletide for Christmas".
Children and adults get involved in the holiday atmosphere, learn carols, nicknames.
Ancient Yuletide games and fun, get-together games, folk round dance games are waiting for guests.
Nativity scene: the play "The Nativity Scene" is a puppet mystery celebrating the birth of Christ and telling about the great joyful and tragic events that changed the history of mankind.
An excursion about the history and traditions of the Christmas holiday, about the Christmas tree and a story about how it was decorated in the old days.
A master class on the artistic painting of a wooden souvenir, a bell — a traditional decoration for a Christmas tree.
Game program: old Russian games and fun. Together with the masters of our factory, we launch the bundles, master the bucket and tame the little cripple.
Return to the hotel or free time in the city center.
Day 3 - Sumarokovsky Moose Sanctuary, Cheese Museum and interactive program "Christmas of the XIX century"
Breakfast in the restaurant (buffet).
09:00 Thematic excursion "Where moose live" to the Sumarokovsky moose sanctuary.
Not far from Kostroma, the Sumarokovskaya moose farm is located in a picturesque place. No cages — you will be amazed at the friendly atmosphere of the reserve, you will see how the animals are taken care of.
Treat the growing moose calves with carrots and even be able to pet and take pictures with the most curious.
You will have a close conversation not only with moose and moose calves, but also with the farm staff. They will tell a lot of amazing facts: how and why moose come to this farm, which moose is the most beautiful for a male, why all moose calves here have a human mother, whom they recognize even when they grow up, and why it is impossible to tame an elk.
12:00 Excursion to the cheese Museum with the program "Cheese stories".
An extensive exposition on the world history of cheese making is presented in an ancient merchant's mansion of the late XVIII century (Reschikov house).
Learn about cheese tales and traditions of different nations, cheese records and the most unusual varieties, have fun on an interactive tour — all this can be done in an unusual and unique Cheese Museum in Kostroma!
13:30 Lunch at a cafe in the city.
15:00 Interactive program "Christmas of the nineteenth century" in the halls of the Noble Assembly.
You will get acquainted with the Christmas rituals and customs of the XIX century, and also learn exactly how this bright holiday was celebrated in Kostroma two centuries ago.
Under the strict guidance of the mistress of the manor and her assistants, you will make toys yourself and decorate the Christmas tree in the style of the XIX century (at the end of the program you will be able to pick up the made toys for memory).
Take part in the Christmas games. You will be able to look into the future by becoming a participant in Christmas divination.
Return to the hotel or free time in the city center.
Day 4 - Departure
