Vladimir City tour is the ancient capital of Northeastern Russia and one of the most visited cities of the Golden Ring of Russia by tourists: several amazing monuments of Russian medieval white stone architecture have been preserved here.
First of all, this applies to three UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Assumption Cathedral, Dmitrievsky Cathedral and the Golden Gate.
Sightseeing of the 12th century:
The Golden Gate (architecture) is a symbol of the greatness and power of Ancient Russia. They decorated the main entrance to the richest princely boyar part of the city.
Dmitrievsky Cathedral is a monument of Vladimir—Suzdal architecture of the pre-Mongol period, or the Assumption Cathedral is a masterpiece of white stone architecture. It is a unique treasure trove of Russian church art. It preserves paintings of the XII-XIX centuries. The famous frescoes of the icon painter Andrei Rublev.

Departure to Bogolyubovo village.

Day 2 - Suzdal and Ivanovo

You will see the arrow of the Volga and Kotorosli rivers, the Assumption Cathedral, walk along the Volga Embankment reconstructed for the 1000th anniversary of the city, explore the unique architectural ensemble of the central part of Yaroslavl, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
A visit to the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Monastery — the main city attraction. Due to the fortified walls, it is called the Kremlin.
The main cathedral of the monastery has preserved the original paintings, it is the oldest extant temple in Yaroslavl. A handwritten list of the masterpiece of ancient Russian literature "The Word about Igor's Regiment" was discovered here.

In the center there are: A fire tower of the XIX century — an outstanding monument of classicism, a guardhouse building, a perfectly preserved ensemble of Shopping malls that regularly serve until now.
Kostroma is the cradle of the Romanov dynasty. It was in the Ipatievsky Monastery of Kostroma that Mikhail Fedorovich Romanov hid from Godunov's disgrace. Ipatievsky Monastery is the main symbol of Kostroma.
Inspection of the territory of the recreated Kostroma Kremlin, where the miraculous icon of the Fedorovskaya Mother of God is kept in the Epiphany Cathedral.

Day 4 - Rostov the Great, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Sergiev Posad

Prince Alexander Nevsky was born here, Pereslavl was loved and often visited by monarchs, and Peter I made the city the cradle of the Russian navy.

The Trinity-Sergius Lavra is a pearl of Orthodox shrines in Russia with a centuries–old history. The architectural ensemble of the Trinity-Sergius Lavra is under UNESCO protection.
Trinity Cathedral (exterior) is the main cathedral church and the oldest surviving structure of the Trinity Monastery, the first stone building of the Lavra. The main shrine of the cathedral is the relics of St. Sergius of Radonezh.
The Assumption Cathedral (interior) is the architectural center of the Trinity-Sergius Lavra. It is inferior in seniority to the famous Trinity Cathedral, but nevertheless, with its location and strict majesty, it heads the Lavra group of buildings.
