Itinerary

Day 1 - Murmansk – the Voronya River
Start of the trip – we are leaving the city of Murmansk.
09:00 The participants need to arrive at the base (Kola) to leave unnecessary things, pack their belongings and try on a dry suit, sneakers, etc.
Then, at about 10:30, the transfer starts from the base to the start of the route on the Voronya River.
13:30-14:00 Arrival at the starting point of the route on the Voronya River – packing, briefing, fitting of equipment, lunch, going out on the water at about 16:00.
On this day, we will walk 18 km and spend the night on a sandbank, very close to the exit to the Barents Sea.

Day 2 - Voronya Bay – Fedorovka – Zelenetskaya
In the morning, after breakfast, we will pack up the camp and go to sea – we will circumnavigate the former Peschanka tract and then leave the mouth of the Voronya River into the sea – here you can often meet flocks of belugas, and even see whales.
Next, our path will pass by the rocky shores, and after leaving Voronya Bay, we will pass by Fedorovka Bay and reach Zelenetskaya Bay.
On this day we will walk 14 km.

Day 3 - The lip is Dangerous
In the morning, after breakfast, we will set off along the rocky shores to the bay of Peresovo.
Besides the fact that the lip of Perasovo itself is very beautiful, you can also often see whales here!
On this day we will walk 12 km.

Day 4 - The day
We're going to have a day out on this day.
Sauna, radial walk to the hills, where there is a seid stone.
This day is also a backup day in case of bad weather, and the day may happen on another day.

Day 5 - Orlovka Bay
After breakfast, we will go to the pancake crossing from Peresovo Bay to Orlovka Bay.
We will leave the Cave and move along the beautiful rocky coast directly to the Teribersky lighthouse.
Next, we will go around it and enter the Teriberskaya Bay first, and then hide in the Orlovka Bay.
We'll set up camp and settle down for dinner.
On this day we will walk 20 km.

Day 6 - Teriberskaya Bay – Lodeynaya Bay – Murmansk
In the morning we will leave Orlovka and go explore the Teribersk Bay – we will reach the iconic locations of Teriberka, which all tourists can see from the shore: dragon eggs beach, Teribersky waterfall, we will go into small skerries in the rocks.
The water in the Barents Sea is so clear and transparent that we can observe both marine life and algae.
Next, we will dock at the beach in Lodeynaya Bay, where a car will pick us up and take us to the city of Murmansk (to the base in the city of Cola, if you had any things left at the base).
The tour ends in the evening, it is better to purchase tickets with departure after 23:00.

To participate in the tour, you need experience of sea kayaking and overnight stays in a tent camp, normal physical fitness, no contraindications to kayaking, and a willingness to adventure and hiking romance.

It's important to know

When traveling by kayak, we pack all our belongings in small air bags (20 liters) and then into the cockpits of the kayaks. Therefore, although things may not be the most ultralight, they should not be bulky.

1. Parking equipment:

A backpack (18-20 liters) without a frame (!), which will allow you to go on a one-day radial hike. At the same time, you can come with another bag and put your belongings in hermetic bags.;
A mat and a sleeping bag (comfort 0C and below) — if your own. If not, then the equipment is included in the price.
tent — with the possibility to lay out separate racks and fabric. If not, then the equipment is included in the price.;
the tourist seat;
personal tableware (KLMN) is not bulky, ideally it is collapsible.

2. Sleep clothes:

a set of thermal underwear – it's more comfortable to sleep in warm cotton, you may also need a hat, warm comfortable socks (or fleece socks);

The clothes we go kayaking in. Such clothes can be wet.

on top is a kayaker jacket or a windproof/rainproof, splash-proof jacket. Under the jacket, we wear either a fleece jacket or an insulating layer made of another synthetic material. You can also wear the same waterproof trousers with synthetic thermal underwear underneath. Splash-proof jacket and trousers can be rented from us.;
dry or neoprene wetsuit. If it's neoprene, then ideally up to 3 mm. We strongly recommend that you always wear a dry suit when traveling by sea — you can rent from us;
neoprene gloves and sneakers. If you don't have them, we'll give them to you.;
It is worth taking a synthetic quick-drying cap with you.;
headdress (cap, panama hat, beanie);
costume for the camp;
membrane jacket or poncho;
membrane trousers, or quick-drying;
thermal underwear;
T-shirt;
"fleece" or jacket;
a warm jacket (or a set of second warm thermal underwear for a membrane jacket);
trekking socks 1 pair, regular socks 2-3 pairs, 1 pair warm;
next door;
gloves;
short rubber boots;
trekking boots (low-rise) or running shoes for radial exits;
the hat is warm.

3. We recommend taking with you:

a bag for your phone;
water bottle;

4. Special equipment:

head lamp (for August-September);
the camera is hermetically packed or with an underwater box (optional);
fishing rods;
a personal small first–aid kit (personal medicines, antipruritic drugs, Band-Aids, activated charcoal, enzymes - it all depends on the characteristics of your body, which you probably know). In addition to a personal first-aid kit, there will be a group one, but it won't hurt to have your own.
