Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival. Departure for the Northern Lights
You arrive on your own in the hero city of Murmansk.
We recommend arrival before 18:00 so that you have time to get to the hotel and check in.
Check-in at the hotel according to international standards starts at 14:00.
Check-in time at the hotel may be changed/different, in case of postponement of check-in time, things can be left in the luggage room.
We're going on a photo hunt!
The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and no one can guarantee its appearance.
Important! Departure is carried out according to favorable forecasts, in the absence of minimal chances, departure can be canceled and postponed to the next day.
You will not be able to watch the flashes burning in the sky in the city.
All the beauty is revealed far from the city lights, in the expanses of northern nature.

Please do not be late and always stay in touch, as the northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, the departure time may change.
Hunting can take several hours, we kindly ask you to take care of warm clothes and shoes in advance!
During the search, the guide will not only tell you the details and rules of shooting, but also tell you about the wonders that are associated with the northern lights, the nature of its origin, legends and secrets of the unique phenomenon.
Photography during the aurora is included in the price.
During shooting, it is necessary to listen carefully to the guide, observe safety precautions, turn off the flash on the cameras.
Important! The photographer guide takes several general group shots after each participant's photo.
If the duration of the flash allows, you can take some additional pictures.

Day 2 - To the edge of the world in Teriberka and photo hunting for the northern lights
Gathering of the group in Teriberka.
The guide will inform you of the departure time the day before, the approximate departure time is 8:00 (time may vary, depending on weather conditions).
We will meet in the lobby of the Meridian Hotel, Five Corners Square, 5/23 Vorovsky St., Murmansk.
Crossing the endless tundra towards the ocean.
The road to Teriberka will take about 2, 5 hours in one direction.
The path itself will run through the amazing and incredible expanses of the northern tundra.
Along the way, we will make several stops to capture the beauty of the North on film.
On the way, the guide will tell you fascinating facts from the history of this amazing region.
The cemetery of abandoned ships is the main evidence of the past, the ship's frames are forever buried on the shallows of the Teriberskaya Bay.
A boat trip in search of wonders — let's go in search of whales!
A sea voyage through the waters of the Barents Sea awaits you.
Along the way, we will observe the bird markets, enjoy the fascinating views of the steep cliffs going deep into the seabed and the vast expanses of the Barents Sea.
And most importantly, along the way we will have a unique opportunity to see whales, killer whales and other marine life!
If the boat trip does not take place due to weather conditions, a refund is provided. Refund amount: the cost of the boat / for the number of participants.
Lunch with a view of the ocean and the enchanting beauty of Teriberka (paid by yourself upon pre-order).
On weekends, restaurants offer a pre-order menu, or a set lunch of several dishes: fish soup with tender fillet of sea fish, a choice of meat or fish dish with a side dish, a morse of fresh northern berries (1,400 rubles /person).
Important! For reasons beyond the control of the company, lunch may be canceled.
Teriberka Nature Park: Teriberka Nature Park is located on an area of several thousand hectares, which ensures the preservation of natural objects of high value.
Among the main places included in the park, we will visit:
the Battery waterfall, whose waters flow down from the Small Battery Lake;
Dragon Eggs Beach, traveling along the beach, you can take a lot of atmospheric photos.
During the snowy winter, when the Dragon Eggs beach, the Battery Waterfall and other natural attractions are not accessible on foot, we will use a snowmobile sleigh.
We say goodbye to Teriberka and the ocean.
We are returning to Murmansk.
The guide will inform you of the finish time the day before, the approximate arrival time is 21:00 (time may vary, depending on weather conditions).
In case of cancellation of the trip on the first day, go hunting for the northern lights with a favorable forecast.
Important! The road to Teriberka may be closed in winter due to weather conditions, we do not risk your safety and will transfer the trip to another popular destination – Kirovsk, Khibiny (detailed program in the "Important to know" section).

Day 3 - Ethnic motives. Departure
Gathering a group.
The guide will inform you of the departure time the day before, the approximate departure time is 8:00 (time may vary, depending on the session).
We will meet in the lobby of the Meridian Hotel, Five Corners Square, 5/23 Vorovsky St., Murmansk.
Murmansk — Kirovsk transfer, the average travel time is 2.5 hours, taking into account stops.
In the program:
stories and legends about the indigenous peoples of the Far North at the burning hearth;
active games (lasso throwing, archery, Sami football);
unique Sami objects and artifacts;
feeding reindeer and huskies. You will have the opportunity to take photos and videos with these cute animals;
reindeer sledding (in winter);
lunch (a set lunch of several dishes, paid for independently by pre-order, cost 1500 rubles / person).
Return to Murmansk.

Transfer to Kirovsk, the heart of Khibiny.

On the passes and at the mountain lakes, it simply takes your breath away and breaks through an avalanche of emotions from the harsh beauty of the North. Khibiny is the largest mountain range on the Kola Peninsula and one of the most interesting in its mineralogy in the world.

We arrive in Kirovsk.

A sightseeing tour of the city provides 2-3 stops in the most picturesque places so that you can not only enjoy a comfortable trip, but also capture all the beauties of the very heart of Khibiny.

Apatit Museum and Exhibition Center.

Building The IEC with a clock tower is the architectural dominant of the polar city of Kirovsk. The museum is located in the central square of the city and has a collection of minerals, detailed models of mining operations, multimedia expositions and digital exhibits.

The organization of the tour was excellent. However, there was one downside: on the last day, the departure was scheduled for seven in the morning, and the group had to leave without breakfast. This isn’t our first trip, and in similar situations, we’ve usually been provided with packed meals. Unfortunately, this time that didn’t happen, and the hotel breakfast also starts at seven.
