In search of the Northern Lights on the Kola Peninsula: Lovozero and Teriberka

In the morning, after breakfast, we will go to the sacred lake of the Sami – Seydozero. There we will learn about the secrets of this place and about the nature park "Seydyavr".

We will see Kuiva, a sacred image on a rock. The figure has the shape of a man and a height of 74 meters.

Kuivo (translated from Sami as "old man") is the most famous landmark of Lake Seydozero.

Hot tea and a light snack are also waiting for us at the lake.

After that, we return to the campsite.

We will be fed a delicious lunch, and we will set off on our way back, again along the endless lake Lovozero, to the village of the same name, from where we will return to Murmansk.

The journey time will take about 2.5 hours.

We check into the Cosmos Hotel and have dinner (not included in the price).

In the evening we will wait for the northern lights again – for the "hunt" we will go by car outside the city.

In the morning, after breakfast at the hotel, we leave for the village of Teriberka. The journey time will be about 2.5 hours, but we are sure that the road will not tire you. The winter tundra is beautiful with its vast expanses!

In Teriberka, we will visit the cemetery of ships of the last century, ride a snowmobile sleigh to the Battery Waterfall, walk along the Dragon's Eggs beach, our guide will gladly tell you the history of this place, its features, and climatic changes in the landscape.

After the walk, we will have lunch at one of the restaurants in Teriberka, located on the shore of the Teribersky Bay (lunch is not included in the price).

Then we will have a 2-hour boat trip.

After saying goodbye to Teriberka, we will set off on our way back to Murmansk or to the airport.
