Rafting on the Tumcha River on catamarans and rafts

The Tumcha River carries its waters in the very north of Karelia and in the Murmansk region, already beyond the Arctic Circle.

The harsh beauty of the northern taiga, a series of interesting rapids, an abundance of mushrooms and berries (according to the season) — all this is prepared by the river for its guests.

The diverse and complex rapids of Tumchi are not inferior to the rapids of the mountain river, so this offer is for prepared people who are ready for a real test of fortitude and courage.

With a group request of 6 people or more, it is possible to organize a tour in individual terms.

Tour organizer's comments

On a tour along the Tumcha River, you need a fairly high physical fitness, because controlling a catamaran requires the work of each participant, the thresholds are difficult and everyone takes a lot of physical strength. It is suitable for experienced travelers who have already been on rafting with thresholds of at least 3 difficulty categories.
