Air and railway tickets are not included in the price of the tour. You can purchase them yourself or contact us for help.

The first mountain trekking tour will start at 09:00 on June 17, so you need to be in Kirovsk in the evening of June 16. Overnight stay from June 25 to 26 is included in the price of the tour.

Our excursions take place in the forest, mountains and tundra, so we ask you to follow the following safety rules and rules of conduct:

• Unquestioningly follow all legitimate (in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and International law) instructions of the guide.
• At the beginning of each tour, the guide will show on the topographic map the route, the starting and ending points of the tour, indicate the stops, halts, etc., and identify potentially dangerous places.

Weather:

• Khibiny is famous for the abrupt change of weather, so shoes and clothes must match the weather forecast on the day of the tour. It is forbidden to go on the route in inappropriate shoes and clothes. Before starting the tour, the guide may require you to change your shoes, clothes or headdress. It is necessary to use already worn shoes. New shoes on the route immediately rub your feet, so we ask you to wear mountain boots before going on the tour route.
• The decision to change the route of the tour or the dates, according to the actual weather, is made only by the guide. In case of a sudden change in the weather (heavy rain, thunderstorm, snow, storm), the guide may decide to stop the tour and return the group to the base.

The walking part of the tour:

1. The speed in the route is set according to the slowest participant of the tour. During walking, it is allowed to move only as part of a group, not lagging behind and not moving aside, while maintaining a visual connection with the group. It is forbidden to look for workarounds, take shortcuts and overtake a guide. If the sound and visual connection with the group is lost, you should stop on the trail and not try to continue moving — you will definitely be discovered in the near future. Independent movement in mountainous or forested areas separately from the group is prohibited!
2. Some of our excursions involve crossing streams and small rivers by wading, we ask you to fully follow the instructions of the guide-guide to overcome water obstacles.
3. During the tour, it may be necessary to cross a snowfield or the remnants of a winter avalanche, such obstacles should only be crossed across, checking with a pole or hammer for gaps and voids. It is forbidden to ride on snowfields and enter ice caves and cavities.
4. When moving through moss bushes and mosses, especially in rocky terrain, it should be borne in mind that the berry is very poorly fixed on the stones and can easily come off — be extremely careful!
5. Shouting is a danger signal or a call for help, so it is forbidden to shout or whistle while driving unnecessarily.
6. In case of an emergency, it is necessary not to panic. You need to immediately send any distress signal to signal the incident to the participants of the tour and wait for help.
7. During a thunderstorm, you should stay away from free-standing trees, metal objects (including a hammer!), and do not stay in open elevated places.
8. We ask you to follow the rules of fire safety — do not build bonfires in unequipped places and do not throw cigarette butts that have not been extinguished.
9. All garbage (packages, bags, pieces of paper, bottles, wrappers, cigarette butts, batteries, etc.) must be collected and taken with them to the company's base.

Sections of geological outcrops and mineralogical objects:

1. During the tour you will visit geological outcrops and mineralogical sites. Some of them are located on the slopes of mountains or in old mine workings — ditches, pits and dumps. Upon arriving at the outcrop, it should be inspected in order to avoid the danger of a landslide, landslide, falling stones and trees. You should be especially careful after rain, near the outlets of springs or groundwater drainage. In case of a dangerous state of exposure, the guide guide will determine and indicate the boundaries of the site and the procedure for finding and acting on the object.
2. It is forbidden to leave the outcrop area without the consent of the guide.
3. Avoid, if possible, walking on areas of scree. If this is not possible, check the stability of the stone before stepping on it.
4. It is forbidden to run and jump on a slope (even on a gentle slope), as it can easily cause a landslide!
5. On steep slopes, you should climb and descend in a chain obliquely (traverse) so that a random stone does not touch those coming from below. Under normal conditions, descent is always more dangerous than ascent! It is forbidden to descend by rolling or sliding.
6. It is forbidden to throw and lower stones from the slope and roll unstable blocks down. In case of an involuntary breakdown of a stone, you should warn about it by shouting "Stone!" (and not "Petya!", "OH" or the like), so that people who are lower down the slope have time to dodge it.
7. It is forbidden to stand or sit with your back to a towering steep slope or cliff, it is necessary to face such objects, in this case, when a stone falls or rolls down, you can see it earlier and jump aside in a timely manner.
8. It is forbidden to be under overhanging stone and snow eaves.
9. You can not stand and sit on steep slopes, approach cliffs and cracks closer than 2 meters. If in recent years (hundreds and thousands of years) nothing fell off the rock, this does not mean that it will not collapse right under you.
10. When beating samples with a hammer or sledgehammer, it is necessary to beware of debris flying off rocks and from the hammer itself. It is recommended to wear protective glasses and gloves.
11. It is forbidden to approach closer than two meters to the person who is beating the sample and especially to stand in front of him or behind his back. In the heat of work, you may not be noticed and hit with a hammer or a suddenly flying striker.
12. It is strictly forbidden to enter abandoned mines and tunnels and collect samples in them.
13. When working on a geological outcrop, it is forbidden to throw samples and tools (hammer, chisel, etc.), they can only be transferred from hand to hand.

Each participant of the tour, in addition to following the above rules, is obliged to:

• Carefully read the safety instructions and rules of conduct during the tour and sign it. The participant's signature in this document is evidence that he undertakes to comply with these rules and instructions.
• Fill out the "Medical Block" of the instructions truthfully and responsibly. A participant who has not informed the organizers about his illnesses in advance bears full moral and material responsibility for the deterioration of his health during the tour route.
• During the tour, each participant is obliged to inform the tour guide in a timely manner about the slightest signs of illness, fatigue, ailments and injuries, exercise self-control, and observe personal hygiene.

The tour is designed for participants in good physical shape, you will have to climb the very tops of the Khibiny Mountains every day, and the length of the routes will be from 6 to 20 km. 

This tour will be a pilot, so we are implementing it almost at cost, and we invite participants who are ready to run for eight days along the ridges of the Khibiny Mountains! 

We hope that the Lapland spirits will be kind and our plan 4 + 1 + 4 it will turn out, i.e., 4 days of routes of increasing complexity, then a day of rest, and four more days of mountain hikes. 

You don't need to take dishes / tents / sleeping bags / axes and pitchforks with you, but a good mood is a must! 

The age of the participants is from 14 to 55 years old. 

Curiosity, good mood and love of nature and the North are welcome to participate in the tour.

Yes, it will be, but we will not see it, because at this time it will be a polar day at the Khibiny latitude, the sun will not set below the horizon and it will be light all the time, day and night!

Please pay attention! Since our tours take place in the conditions of the far north and beyond the Arctic circle, the hiking program of each day is formed a few days before the start of the tour. When forming the program, we focus on weather conditions and the availability of passes and mountains this season. The tour program may include other routes other than those announced on this page.
