At the request of the expedition participants, the breakfast time can be changed.

11:00 Start of the expedition to Dyatlov Pass from the village of Vizhaya towards the Mansiysk village of Ushma.
The participants of the trip, depending on the chosen route and the current weather situation, cross several mountain rivers on the way — Vizhai, Toshemka, Ushminka, Lozva; Kotlia, Malaya Manya, etc.
In early winter or early spring, there is a possibility of crossing these rivers by water (they may not freeze yet or have already opened under the rays of the March sun).
In this case, experienced guides, using their knowledge of the route, indicate the places for crossing snowmobile equipment on open water (wading).
Such situations are not uncommon, as a result of which, on the first day of the expedition's movement, it is planned to overcome a not very significant, but necessary distance.
The journey, depending on the chosen route, takes place along an all-terrain road or along a remote Mansi trail along a snowstorm packed with Mansi (snowmobile putik).
The first part of the trip ends in the national Mansi village of Ushma, 60 km from the starting point.
One of the attractions of this place is the remains of the first colony—settlement in the USSR, where the liberated prisoners lived.
In Soviet times, a sawmill, a sauna, a bakery worked here, and a park with children's swings and flower beds was also laid out.
Since the end of the 70s, the colony ceased to exist, the inhabitants of the village left these places due to lack of work and prospects.
At the moment, the remains of the village make a depressing impression: destroyed and abandoned houses, the remains of a cattle yard and piles of twisted metal.
14:00-14:30 Lunch, depending on the selected menu option (in the standard program, the hiking menu provides a light lunch snack: tea from thermoses, sandwiches, sweets).
Under favorable weather conditions and the planned speed of the group, participants can make longer stops for photo shoots.
The path passes near the foot of the Chistop ridge.
This mountain is one of the most mysterious places in the Northern Urals: the strongest electromagnetic anomalies are observed here, local residents tell about dozens of cases of encounters with ball lightning.
The outlines of medieval castles towering over the plateau plain can be seen in the rocks of Chistop Mountain, and the ruins of the radar station (an abandoned military facility) seem to be alien buildings.
Snowmobile ascent to Chistop Mountain and its summit is very difficult (due to the abundance of large rocks and strong winds blowing all the snow off the pre-summit plateau).
If desired and having enough free time (in the spring season), participants, having provided an additional day, can visit the top of the mountain and climb to the observation deck, which offers stunning views of the vast and vast world around.
19:00 Arrival at the tourist base "Eles-Tour", located in a picturesque place on the shore of a reservoir.
Accommodation of the expedition participants in warm log cabins with infrastructure.
21:00 Festive feast.
Hot dinner from the chef (depending on the selected menu option).
Communication of the group members.
Discussion of the further route.
Russian bath on birch firewood (at the request of the participants, it is paid additionally, not included in the fixed price).
Overnight at the Eles Tour base.
Daily snowmobile run: 65-70 km.
