1. There may be changes in the tour program due to weather conditions and the wishes of the group. 
2. Tourists help and participate, under the guidance of an instructor, in assembling catamarans, setting up camps, harvesting firewood, and preparing meals.
3. Carefully consider collecting personal equipment according to the recommended list.
4. Treat natural resources and historical monuments with care and respect, preserve and protect them whenever possible. 
5. Do not throw garbage into the forest or leave it in the clearing. Be sure to dispose of it or take it with you. The instructor will provide garbage bags.
6. There are times when a catamaran runs aground. At the same time, it is necessary to get up from it in order to reduce the draft and guide the catamaran manually.
7. Take care of your inventory and equipment. 
8. If you feel unwell, injured, or have any other problem, inform the instructor.
9. Do not leave the camp without notifying the instructors.
10. Do not forget about the mandatory tick inspection after excursions and walks along the shore / forest.
11. It is forbidden to smoke, as well as to use an open fire in tents and on catamarans.
12. In accordance with safety requirements, all tourists must wear safety vests on the waterway.
13. Alcohol consumption on the catamaran and on the bus is prohibited. Alcohol consumption is not recommended during evening campsites and campfire gatherings! Dear tourists, smoking and alcohol in the presence of children is not only a bad example, but also has a negative impact on their health. Alcohol dulls the feeling of traveling.

Move around, trying to walk in the middle of the path. Try to avoid tall grasses and shrubs. 

In the case of a walk in the woods / excursions, wear clothes with long sleeves that fit snugly to the wrist. And also trousers, tucked into high boots or socks. 

We recommend using dark-colored clothing, as ticks react less to it. 

Be sure to wear a hat.

To treat clothes, use repellents that repel or kill ticks. Repellents containing the following elements: Alpha-cypermethrin and Alphamethrin are very toxic, they can only be sprayed on clothes, they are resistant to flushing, light and temperature. 

Taiga reftomid, Pretix acaricidal bar, Anticlesh. 

Repellents with a 30% concentration repel ticks - they must contain elements such as: diethyltoluamide, dimethylthalate.

Conduct a cursory inspection of your clothes every hour and a half. Do not forget that usually the ticks do not stick immediately!
