Itinerary

Day 1 - The Museum of the International Gingerbread. Walking tour of Tula
11:30 a.m. Meeting in Tula at the Samovar Museum (Mendeleevskaya, 8).
Museum of International gingerbread.
The museum presents the history of a unique ancient delicacy that came to us from the depths of the centuries, experienced ups and downs, losses and rebirth. They will tell you about ancient traditions and rituals. They will reveal the secret of making gingerbread. You will enjoy a gingerbread tasting with tea and sweets and a master class on gingerbread making. They will pack everything beautifully for you and take it with you.
Walking tour of the city.
Tula is an ancient Russian city that served the defense of the Moscow state for centuries, and then became the country's largest arms manufacturer. We invite guests to take a walk through the quarters of the Old City – you will be able to see Tula almost exactly as Ushinsky, Tolstoy, Saltykov-Shchedrin, and Uspensky saw it. You will walk along the Kremlin Garden and the embankment, opened in September 2018, get acquainted with one of the most beautiful streets of Tula – Metallistov St., which recently became pedestrian, take a photo at the monument "Tula gingerbread". You will get acquainted with the main sights of one of the oldest cities in Russia, learn about the most famous Tulyaks, about the past and about how our city lives now.
Time for lunch (on your own).
Visit to the Samovar Museum. You will see Unusual specimens and old rarities.

Day 2 - The eco-farm "Yasnaya Polyana". Completion of the tour

Departure to Yasnaya Polyana.
Ecofarm “Yasnaya Polyana is an association of several farms on an area of 500 hectares in the Yasnogorsky district of the Tula region, which conduct agricultural and agrotouristic activities, creating conditions for the development of surrounding villages and settlements.
This is an art park, stunning cow guest houses, its own cheese factory, a hotel, a small zoo with a llama, a stable, a Jacuzzi bath with a magnificent view, an unusual octocupole for yoga classes and much more.
11:00-12:30 Cheese factory tour and cheese tasting.
Guests will learn about the cheese making process, get acquainted with cooking technologies, see how cheese makers work (behind glass), go down to the cellars and see how cheese is stored, learn about the art of refining (cheese maturation).
Lunch (included in the price).
Return to Tula at about 17:00.
