Day 1 - Gastronomic tour at the Italian cheese agricultural farm. Torzhok. New Year's Eve Celebration
07:30 Gathering of the group: Moscow, VDNKh metro station, parking lot to the right of the Kosmos Hotel.
07:45 Departure to Mednoye village.
We are going to the Italian cheese farm La Fattoria Little Italy, the oldest agrotouristic enterprise in Russia, founded in 1999.
For more than 20 years, natural products have been made here according to ancient Italian recipes, passed down from generation to generation in the Mazza family of owners, who are very happy to introduce guests to the culture of healthy eating "in Italian".
Gastronomic tour at the Italian cheese farm "La fattoria Little Italy" with tasting of 8 types of natural cheeses (burrata, butyrro, mozzarella, ricotta, etc.) and a traditional Italian lunch (the menu is approximate, the restaurant reserves the right to make changes to it):

Sightseeing tour of Torzhok with a visit to the Borisoglebsky monastery.
Torzhok is an ancient city that was founded by Novgorod merchants at the turn of the 10th-11th centuries. Its streets still preserve the spirit of pre-revolutionary Russia of the 19th century.

the monumental Borisoglebsky Monastery, founded in 1038 by Efrem Novotorzhsky in memory of the Suzdal princes Boris and Gleb;
Vvedenskaya Church of the 17th century;

Day 2 - A theatrical tour of Veliky Novgorod. Master class on painting New Year's balls

Departure to Veliky Novgorod.
Theatrical tour of Veliky Novgorod, the first capital of Ancient Russia with the posadnik Sbyslav, or posadnitsa Euphemia, Feofania and Agafya Melisentovna.
You will listen to ancient and chronicled legends.
Take an unforgettable trip to the Novgorod Middle Ages!
The acquaintance with the city will begin from the left Sofia side – the Novgorod Kremlin, considered the oldest defensive structure in Russia, 9 of the 13 towers of the Kremlin have been preserved to this day.
Admire the majestic, venerated St. Sophia Cathedral (external inspection), it is the most ancient temple in Russia. An atmospheric place that everyone should see! Learn the secret of the Magdeburg Gate. You will see the famous monument "The Millennium of Russia".
You will go to the Trading side of Yaroslavovo Dvorishche, where you will learn about the legendary Novgorod Veche, which gathered at St. Nicholas Cathedral in the 12th century (external inspection), and the peculiarities of local trade.

Visit to the Christmas tree toy workshop "Christmas Apple" with a show from a glassblower and a master class on painting glass toys.

visit to the glassblower shop. The master will demonstrate his masterly mastery of the craft, and you will see with your own eyes how a tube turns into a ball or toy in the flame of a fire.;
visit the artists' workshop: you will see how a unique drawing is created with graceful and subtle strokes of the brush;
a master class on painting New Year's balls.
Free time to visit a souvenir shop where you can buy Christmas tree toys and mural toys and continue painting toys at home.
Return to the hotel.

Day 3 - Valdai and Vyshny Volochyok
08:00 Breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
Valdai is known for its extensive blacksmithing and foundry business: the manufacture of the famous Valdai coachbuilder's bells.
Due to their unique shape, they emit the same crimson ringing that made them famous all over the world.
A visit to the Bell Museum, the difference of which is that you can not only watch the exhibits, but most importantly, listen to them.
Visit to the Iversky Monastery (architecture tour), a special attraction of Valdai, located on one of the islands of Lake Valdai. The monastery was founded in 1653 in honor of the Iveron Icon of the Mother of God. It is a unique architectural monument, a center of tile production, wood and stone carving.
Lunch at a cafe in the city.
Departure to Vyshny Volochyok.
Travel sightseeing tour.
Vyshny Volochek — "Tver Venice" — is famous for its canal system, which is part of the waterway connecting the Caspian and Baltic Seas. Due to this, in the 19th century, Vyshny Volochyok was the largest city in the Tver province.
But even today it attracts travelers. The historical center is rich in architectural and cultural monuments worthy of attention: Kazan Convent and Epiphany Cathedral, canal embankments.
