You will visit the kingdom of permafrost inside the mountain, take an all-terrain vehicle to an amazing natural monument - the Sinsky Pillars, where you will spend two days in a cozy taiga house with a stove. You will also get acquainted with one of the most famous sights of Yakutia - the Lena River. Her beauty and power are amazing.

The kingdom of permafrost
We will visit the ice complex inside the mountain, where there is an ice bar, sculptures, the throne room of Chishaan, the remains of ice Age animals
Sunset with a view of the Lena Pillars
On the banks of the Lena River we will see unique natural objects - Lena pillars, the formation of which began millions of years ago
Overnight in domed houses
Let's relax and spend the night in cozy domed houses with stunning views

Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrival in Yakutsk. The kingdom of permafrost

    Arrival in Yakutsk before 16.00.

    If you arrive earlier, you can optionally visit the mammoth Museum and the Permafrost Kingdom.

    Also on this day there will be an opportunity to climb to the Chochur-muran observation deck and have lunch in a picturesque place.

    16.00 Departure to Berdigstyakh village (2 hours on the way). 

    Supper.

Accommodation of tourists in the tour is provided:

  • in a comfortable house in Berdigstyakh;
  • in a taiga house in the forest (we sleep in sleeping bags, the toilet is outside, there is no bath);
  • in a hostel in Yakutsk (accommodation for 2-3 people, room facilities);
  • in the domed houses opposite the Lena pillars (6 people each, several rooms, toilet and shower in the dome).

It's important to know

Personal equipment you need for the tour
  • individual first aid kit (with the necessary set of personal and specific medicines no more than 200 g by weight);
  • A backpack for radial exits – one can be used for everything;
  • a plastic bag or a hermetic bag (inserted inside the backpack to protect against moisture) ;
  • headlamp; batteries;
  • sunglasses;
  • sleeping bag — the temperature regime is not very important. +5, 0. The house is warm if you heat the stove;
  • spoon, mug, plate, knife;
  • matches sealed in polyethylene or plastic packaging, lighter;
  • thermos;
  • thermal underwear (winter);
  • winter insulated trousers;
  • fleece; warm vest;
  • A storm suit is a windproof jacket + trousers. Availability is required. It's usually hot to go skiing in a down jacket. We will wear down jackets in parking lots;
  • the down jacket is thick; 
  • socks (winter trekking and woolen, high) — at least 2 pairs;
  • winter boots + warmers + shoe covers with rubber galoshes;
  • eva boots with a thick liner -60, etc. with enough free space inside under the toe of the insole, etc. (if the shoes put even a little pressure on even the coolest ones, the feet will freeze);
  • felt boots with a sole with a free space inside;
  • slippers for houses;
  • the cap is warm and windproof (if a regular hat, then the jacket should have a hood,
    buff or scarf around the neck, balaclava);
  • fleece gloves + downy mittens (or fleece gloves, warm mittens + windproof large mittens);
  • disposable hand and foot warmers;
  • personal hygiene products (toothbrush and paste, toilet paper, etc.).
