Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Yakutsk Sightseeing Tour

    Arrival in Yakutsk in the early morning.

    Meeting at the airport. Transfer to the hotel.

    Free time.

    ±11:00 The beginning of the sightseeing tour. The exact time depends on the arrival time of the tour participants.

    On this day:

    • The old town with the Gatehouse of the Yakut prison (an excursion into the history of the city);
    • a river port with frozen ships on a dock;
    • Peasant Market;
    • Chochur Muran tourist complex for exploring Yakut huskies, dog sledding on the lake and lunch (not included, payment on site);
    • Kingdom of Permafrost ice tunnel complex;
    • The Atlasov Manor ethnocomplex (an excursion into the history of Yakut beliefs and traditions + a blessing ceremony)

    ±18:00 Return to the hotel.

    Please note! The March holidays tour (from March 6 to March 13, 2026) includes a special program in reverse order. First, a five—day trip to Oymyakon - from March 6 to March 10, to celebrate March 8 in Oymyakon. Then Lena Pillars (March 11) and Yakutsk (March 12). Departure on March 13. If there is more demand for a standard program among the participants of the tour for the March race, then Yakutsk will be on March 4, Lena Pillars on March 5 and then Oymyakon from March 6 to March 10.

The tour includes accommodation in an apartment-type hotel (Khandyga village) on days 3 and 6 and in a village house (Oymyakon or Tomtor village) on days 4 and 5.

Accommodation in Yakutsk (3 nights) is paid separately (you book independently): the first 2 nights of the tour + early check-in + the last night of the tour.

  • certificate of visit to "Oymyakon — Pole of Cold";
  • photo shoot with the fabulous character Chishaan, the Keeper of the Cold;
  • departure to the Indigirka River;
  • evening of Yakut culture;
  • visit to a horse farm with Yakut horses;
  • entrance tickets to the tunnel in Tomtor (with ice crystal formations on the walls and ceiling);
  • arrival to the reindeer herders (in case the deer are close to the highway);
  • visit to the Museum "History of the Gulag" in Teply Klyuch (with valid permission from Rospotrebnadzor);
  • visit to the historical and architectural museum in Cherkekh (with a valid permission from Rospotrebnadzor).

  • meals in restaurants in Yakutsk (average lunch receipt ± 2000 rubles, dinner ± 3000 rubles);
  • personal warm clothes (recommendations for warm clothes are sent at the time of booking the tour);
  • meals at roadside cafes: lunches for ± 900 rubles, dinners in Khandyg for ± 1400 rubles, depending on the order volume — a total of 8 stops on days 3, 4, 6, 7;
  • sauna in Oymyakon or Tomtor (± 10,000 rubles per group) on day 6;
  • swimming in the Indigirka River, if possible – from 5,000 rubles per group;
  • additional expenses for the festive table on December 31, 2026, February 23, 2027 and March 08, 2027; 
  • additional expenses for experiments with cold;
  • other services not included in the price of the tour.
