Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Meeting. Listvyanka village. Excursion to the Limnological Museum

    We will meet at Irkutsk airport near the information desk at 10.00 am (please plan your arrival in advance).

    Boarding the bus and immediately begin a short sightseeing tour of the city. 

    The city was founded in 1661. 

    Today Irkutsk is the fifth largest city in Siberia. 

    After exploring the city, we move to the village of Listvyanka, where the Angara River originates. 

    Visit to the Limnological Museum, the nerpinarium. 

    An amazing museum with the best exhibits and 11 aquariums. 

    You will find out why Lake Baikal is so clean, what mysteries it hides in itself, who lives in this unique lake. 

    In your free time, visit the Baikal fish market.

    We recommend you to try the hot smoked omul! 

    After lunch (at our own expense), we return to Irkutsk, check into a hotel and relax.

    Dinner on your own at a hotel or any cafe in Irkutsk. 

    You relax, walk around the city on your own.

Irkutsk Hotel 3 nights

It is located in the center of Irkutsk, on the banks of the Angara River, within walking distance of the main historical and business facilities. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available on site. Rooms of various categories are available – from standard to deluxe rooms – with views of the river or the city.

In each room: two single or one double bed, desk, digital TV, telephone, free Internet access, refrigerator, heating system, air conditioning, carpeted floor. There is a private bathroom with a bathtub, a hairdryer and bath accessories. There is a large wardrobe in the hallway.

Free drinking water is provided, and there is a water cooler on the floor. A buffet breakfast is served in the morning at the hotel's restaurant, and in the evening you can order various dishes of European and Siberian cuisine.

Guests can use the modern gym and spa with solarium, or book a massage at the wellness club. The hotel also has a business center that provides postal services. Laundry and dry cleaning services are available.
