Day 1 - Bashkir State Reserve, tour of the village of Kaga
10:00 Meeting of the group in Ufa. The central entrance of the UFA Department Store (October Avenue, 31).
Bus trip from the flat part of Bashkiria through the highlands to the mountainous and forested areas of the Southern Urals to the ancient Russian village of Kaga (300 km).
Along the way, landscapes change from the Ural steppes to the majestic Ural mountains. Part of the route passes through the territory of the South Ural State Nature Reserve.
In good weather, you can enjoy a view of the highest peak of the Southern Urals – Bolshoy Yaman-Tau.
Lunch.

Car transfer to the Bashkir State Reserve (30 km) – the very first reserve formed in the Southern Urals.
The reserve lies in the part of the Urals where its main ranges Kraka and Ural Tau lose their meridional direction and break up into a network of very complexly constructed hills.
The acquaintance with the museum and excursion complex of the reserve will begin with the history and peculiarities of the nature of the reserve and the Southern Urals, and will end with a walk along the ecotrope to the observation tower.
You can watch them at the deer enclosure, learn interesting facts about their horns and take memorable photos.
Return to the base (30 km).
Supper.
Acquaintance with the history of the area and inspection of the architectural monument – St. Nicholas Church.
Excursion "The history of the village of Kaga and the Ural ironworks".

Day 2 - Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve, Nugush reservoir
Breakfast.
Transfer to the Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve (100 km).
Visit to the museum and demonstration complex of the Shulgan-Tash Nature Reserve.
The basis for the creation of the reserve was the habitation in this region of the core of the purebred aboriginal population of the honey bee – the Burzyansk bee ("burzyanki") in the conditions of bortnichestvo – Bashkir folk craft.
This reserve turned out to be the world's first zone protecting native wild bees.
Tourists will have the opportunity to taste on-board honey (for an additional fee in season).
Getting to know the natural and cultural heritage site included in the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List: A unique monument of the Paleolithic era is the Shulgan-Tash cave (Kapova Cave).
Thousands of years ago, primitive people lived in it and left their drawings on the walls – images of animals.
Such ancient drawings, before their discovery in this cave, were known only in the caves of Spain and France.
Regardless of the time of year, the cave has a constant temperature of +7 Celsius. Therefore, it is necessary to have warm clothes with you.

Day 3 - Bashkiria National Park, recreation at the Nugush reservoir
Breakfast.
A walk along the ecotrope in the Bashkiria National Park, located on the western spurs of the Southern Urals in the interfluve of the Nugush and Belaya rivers.
Rest on the Nugush reservoir.
Lunch.
The Nugush reservoir and the nearby national Park are the favorite vacation spots in Bashkiria.
The reservoir, often referred to as the "sea" or "lake", is surrounded by picturesque ridges. In the immediate vicinity of the mountains, surrounded by forests, amazing natural monuments of the Southern Urals.
Next to the Nugush reservoir (on the Nugush River) is the Yumaguzinsky reservoir (on the Belaya River).
At the request of the group, a sightseeing boat tour of the Nugush reservoir is possible (for an additional fee).

Day 4 - Muradymov Gorge

Day 5 - Excursion to the Voskresenskaya Art Gallery, walking tour
Early breakfast.
Transfer to the village of Voskresenskoye (45 km).

The art gallery of the village of Voskresenskoye was opened on November 6, 1971. The founders of the gallery are famous artists – pupils of the Moscow Secondary Art School, who survived the war in the evacuation in the village of Voskresenskoye.
Transfer to Shikhanov (80 km).

A walk at the foot of Shihan.
The Shihans are unique natural monuments – the remains of ancient coral reefs formed in the warm sea of the Devonian period.
Until now, corals, sponges, echinoderms and algae, which are about 300 million years old, can be found in clusters of fossils there.
Transfer to Gafuri district (50 km).
Sightseeing tour of the Krasnousolsky resort, including the Tabyn Chapel, the place of the appearance of the holy icon of the Tabyn Mother of God; Holy springs (mineral and healing water).
The uniqueness of the Krasnousolsky resort is that here, on an area of only 15 hectares, about 250 springs of mineral waters are knocked out of the bowels of the earth.

Day 6 - A walk to the Ukly-Kaya rock, acquaintance with Bashkir costumes, tasting of koumiss. Departure

Radial walking in the vicinity of the village Imendyashevo with a visit to the Ukly-Kaya rock (180 m above the level of Zilim).
Translated from Bashkir, Ukly-Kai means "Strelnaya Gora".
According to legend, young Bashkirs shot at the rock before their marriage. If the arrow reached the mountain, it was believed that the young man had become a man.
In confirmation of the legend, arrowheads were often found on the slopes of the cliff.
Instead of walking, those who wish can supplement their rest with horse riding (for an additional fee).

Tengri camp site: a tourist complex in which buildings built at the end of the 19th century (the estate of the mining hospital) and modern domed houses harmoniously coexist. The complex is located at an altitude of 800 m above sea level, offering a panorama of rocks and mountain ranges, pine forests, and two mountain rivers merging into a single stream.

On the territory there is a detached kitchen–dining building, a camp site administrator's house, baths, guest houses for guests, a parking place for vehicles.

The main direction of the Tengri tourist base is active recreation: in summer – horseback riding, rafting, hiking in the picturesque surroundings, in winter – snowmobiling, skiing, sledding, tubing.

Each domed house has an area of 60 m2, 3 rooms (2-3 beds) and 2 shared bathrooms. Room facilities: single/double beds with orthopedic mattresses, cabinets /shelves for storage, mirror. Heating/water supply/sewerage – centralized. There is Wi-Fi.
