Classic Winter "Charming Caucasus" with mountainous Ingushetia

The Chegem Gorge is one of the most picturesque in the Caucasus, where the film "Sannikov Land" was filmed, a walk along the gorge along the Chegem mountain river to the Chegem Waterfalls — the largest karst waterfalls of the Caucasus,

After the walk, a late breakfast with dishes of the national Balkarian cuisine for an additional fee.for a fee: kebabs, jalbaur (liver), trout (~300 rubles), hychines (~100 rubles), shurpa (~200 rubles), homemade wine, tea on mountain herbs.

Transfer to the Cherek gorge ~ 2 hours.

Blue Lake is the deepest karst lake in the Caucasus (it is cold)

OPTION I

Excursion "HONEY WATERFALLS" at 13:20.

According to the program of the tour:

Koltso Mountain is one of the Lermontov places in Kislovodsk.

Tea house (free tasting of herbal tea and many types of jam). There is an opportunity to buy: jams, herbs, sweets. 

Honey Waterfalls is a gorge of the Alikonovka River, decorated with several waterfalls. On the territory of the camp site there is an ethnographic museum "Karachayevsky farmstead", national costumes for photos.

Additional costs of 100 rubles (environmental fee on the territory of the campsite). 

Return to the hotel ~ at 19:00. 

OPTION II

Excursion "ZHELEZNOVODSK" at 14:20.

According to the program of the tour:

Zheleznovodsk is the most picturesque of the resort towns of the Caucasian Mineral Waters. It is located on the slopes of Zheleznaya Mountain. It is famous for its calcium waters. A walk through the Zheleznovodsk resort Park: Ostrovsky baths, Lermontov spring, monument to M.Y.Lermontov, cottage of the Emir of Bukhara (E.Telman sanatorium), Pushkin Gallery, monument to A.S. Pushkin, Slavyanovsky and Smirnov springs (tasting of mineral water), Smirnov playground, Cascade staircase.

Return to Pyatigorsk ~ at 18:00. 

OPTION I

Excursion "ELBRUS" at 6:30.

Excursion to the foot of the highest peak of the Caucasus, Russia and Europe, Elbrus, which is the most mysterious and mystical mountain of the Caucasus.

According to the program of the tour:

Stop for breakfast ~ at 8.00. at a roadside cafe. Breakfast for an additional fee (~ 200 rubles)  — khychin (flatbread with cheese and potatoes or meat) and herbal tea.

Stop (~ 2 hours) at the Cheget meadow — the foot of the Cheget mountain, from the slopes of which the best view of Elbrus opens in clear weather. 

Two levels of the chairlift are raised to a height of 3,100 meters above sea level.

Cable cars for an additional fee for 1 person — 900 rubles (2 levels are paid at once).

Stop (~ 3 hours) at the Azau glade — the southern foot of the Elbrus. Climbing on closed cable cars.

The 1st level rises to a height of 3000 meters above sea level – the station "Stary Krugozor". 

The 2nd level rises to a height of 3,500 meters above sea level – Mir station.

The 3rd level rises to a height of 3900 meters above sea level – the Gara-Bashi station.

Cable cars for an additional fee for 1 person — 1400 rubles. (3 levels are paid at once).

Lunch on Azau after descent from the cable cars for an additional fee ~ at 14.00. National Balkarian cuisine: shorpa (250 rubles), lagman (250 rubles), kebabs (300 rubles), khychiny (100 rubles).

Stop at Narzanov glade (~ 30 min.) on the way back from Elbrus. 

Narzan tasting, you can take unlimited bottles with you for free.

OPTION II

Excursion to DOMBAY at 6:30.

Dombai is the most famous tourist and ski center in the Western Caucasus. 

The edge of the blue sky, intoxicating air, rushing rivers, everyone is amazed by the whiteness of huge glaciers, the emerald green of forests and the bright diversity of alpine meadows.

According to the program of the tour:

Stop for breakfast ~ at 8.45. for an additional fee: k arachaevskie khychiny (200 rubles), tea on mountain herbs (50 rubles)

The Ullu Muruju Mountain river is one of the cleanest rivers on the planet from which you can drink! A stop, a photo, a set of bottled water.

Dombayskaya polyana (~ at 11.00.) — stop ~ for 4 hours. All cable cars in Dombay are laid along the slopes of Moussa Achitara Mountain.

Ascent by cable cars from Dombayskaya polyana.

1st ascent by closed cable car to a height of 2270 m.n.o.m. (700 rubles)

2nd ascent of the 6-seater chairlift to a height of 3012 m.n.o.m. (700 rubles)

3rd ascent along the 4-seater chairlift to a height of 3200 m.n.o.m. (400 rubles)

Excursion "Mountain Ingushetia" at 5:30.

Only for Russian citizens. To visit the Republic of Ingushetia, in addition to the passport of the Russian Federation, tourists must have a permanent residence permit (not temporary registration).

Ingushetia is a land of towers and legends.

Stop for breakfast ~ at 8.00. at a roadside cafe. 
Breakfast for an additional fee (Ossetian pies with cheese, meat, fruit fillings 300-400 rubles. – costs 1 whole pie. 
The pies are large, so tourists take a half or a quarter), shurpa (200 rubles), tea, coffee.

Armkhi Resort — ascent by chairlift to the panoramic platform of Erzya.

The Egikal tower complex is the medieval capital of Ingushetia.

The Vnushki tower complex, which is one of the 10 man-made wonders of Russia.

The temple of Thaba-Yerdy is the earliest Christian temple in the Caucasus (VIII century).

The gorge of the Assa River, decorated with stone pillars.

The "Tower of Concord" in the city of Magas, ascent to a glass balcony at a height of about 100 meters. 

Additional expenses of 1000 rubles (Arrival at the Armkhi resort and the cable car, environmental fee in the Dzheyrakh district, travel to the Vnushki towers and a visit to the Tower of Concord).
