In Pyatigorsk, a visit to Lake Proval, the place of the duel of M.Y. Lermontov.

In Zheleznovodsk, a walk through the resort park: the former summer residence of the Emir of Bukhara (sanatorium named afterTelman), Pushkin Gallery, monument to A.S. Pushkin, Slavyanovsky spring, Smirnovsky spring, Cascade staircase.

In Kislovodsk, a walk through the Lower Resort Park: the bridge "Ladies' Caprice", a Mirror pond and a Glass jet, a monument to A.S. Pushkin, a flower bed Calendar, Lermontov playground, a bust of M.Y.Lermontov, the Main Narzan Gallery, a Colonnade.

Lunch on the route for an additional fee (cafe or canteen).

In Yessentuki, a walk through the resort park, a mud clinic, pump rooms of the springs of Yessentuki No. 4 and Yessentuki No. 17.

Return to Pyatigorsk ~ at 18:00.

Excursion "Upper Balkaria" at 6:50

According to the program of the excursion:

The Chegem Gorge is one of the most picturesque in the Caucasus, where the film "Sannikov Land" was filmed, a walk along the gorge along the Chegem mountain river to the Chegem Waterfalls — the largest karst waterfalls in the Caucasus.

After the walk, a late breakfast of dishes of the national Balkarian cuisine: kebabs, zhalbaur (liver), trout, lagman, shurpa, khychiny, homemade wine, tea on mountain herbs.

Transfer to the Cherek gorge ~ 2 hours.

The village of Upper Balkaria in the Cherek Gorge is the ancestral home of the Balkarian people. Inspection of ancient towers.

Cherekskaya Gorge is a stop on an observation deck near a deep cliff overlooking an ancient mountain road.

Blue Lake is the deepest karst lake in the Caucasus (it is cold).

Aushiger village — bathing in a hot spring.

OPTION I

Jeep tour to Jilly-Su ~ at 6:30.

Jily-Su in the Northern Elbrus region is a paradise for climbers and active tourists, a land of wild and majestic nature. The unforgettable scenic road to Jila-Su descends into deep gorges with a steep serpentine, then winds high up to the sky-high heights.

Interesting sights follow each other along the way.

Shatzhatmas Plateau, where the one-of-a-kind Solar Observatory is located.

Narzan Valley with life-giving springs that quench thirst well.

The "Lost World" is a luxurious outlier where archaeological excavations are being conducted.

The gorge of the Kharbas River. Stop for breakfast ~ 3 hours after leaving Pyatigorsk at the cafe "Away from wives" on the riverbank in the Kharbas – khychiny gorge (flatbreads with cheese or meat) and herbal tea.

The Jila-Su tract is the northern Elbrus region.

Waterfalls: Sultan, Karakaya-Su, Emir.

Bathing in the warm healing spring of Jila-Su, which gives a surge of strength and extraordinary cheerfulness.

Return to the hotel ~ at 18.00.

OPTION II

Jeep tour to Bermamit.

Bermamyt is a wild off–road area and the most stunning view of Elbrus! Bermamyt is a place where they meet sunrises and see off sunsets, where they fall in love with the mountains completely and irrevocably! Bermamyt is an immense mountain expanse, picturesque valleys, deep canyons, at the bottom of which mountain rivers carry their waters.

The elevation of Abaza-Kishlak – in clear weather, you can see the majestic Elbrus and the unusually bright alpine meadows, full of a riot of colors.

Alabaster Mountain is a spur of the Big Bermamit, from the south there is a beautiful view of the steep cliffs.

Bermamyt plateau: panoramic platforms for photo shoots, Monks rocks, Parus rock, ruins of a weather station, cafe "Abyss", hut "Uya" (from the Turkic "nest").

Departure at dawn or in the morning by group recruitment. The group's recruitment is being clarified the night before.

Grozny — visit to the Cathedral Mosque "The Heart of Chechnya", the Orthodox Church of Michael the Archangel, the Memorial Complex of Glory named after A.A. Kadyrov, Grozny City, a walk through the city center.

Argun city — visit to the Mother's Heart Mosque, built in a modern style.

The city of Shali is a visit to the largest mosque in Europe, the Pride of Muslims, opened in 2019.

Breakfast – Ossetian pies with cheese, meat, fruit fillings, shurpa, tea, coffee.

Lunch in Grozny in local cafes or canteens.
