Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival. Departure to the Elbrus region
We will meet you at the airport or at the Mineralnye Vody railway station, from where your journey to the top will begin.
A group transfer from the railway station departs at 13:00, from the airport at 14:00. At the airport, tourists are greeted by a representative of the company with a sign at the exit of the arrival hall. Choose flights based on this, taking into account the time for baggage collection and possible delays.
In just 3.5 hours on the way, you will already be breathing in the dizzying pine air and admiring the majestic Caucasus mountains. Lunch is not included in the price.
After checking into the hostel, you will meet your guide — your guide to the top of Mount Elbrus. He will tell you about all the nuances of the upcoming ascent and check your available equipment.
If something is missing, you can go to the rental the next day and pick up the missing equipment.
We'll spend our free time on a short walk around the neighborhood together. Supper. Overnight in a hostel at the foot.
The time in the program is approximate, the exact time will be in the memo before the start of the tour.

Day 2 - Acclimatization exit to Cheget
Breakfast at the hostel.
The first acclimatization in preparation for the ascent is the ascent of Mount Cheget.
The mountain is deservedly considered the pearl of the region and the best viewing point on Elbrus and the Seven Glacier, it deservedly won the hearts of hiking enthusiasts.
A small picnic on the mountain (lunch box) with stunning views will add pleasant impressions.
We go back down on the cable car to save our legs and save energy.
Free time to relax. Supper. Overnight in a hostel at the foot.

Day 3 - Trekking to the waterfall Maiden Braids
Breakfast at the hostel. We continue to acclimatize.
Today you will receive theoretical information on how to walk and breathe properly in the mountains. And then you will immediately work it out in practice on a short hike to the Maiden Spit waterfall. The waterfall is located on the southern slopes of Terskol Peak at an altitude of 2,800 m.
You will only carry a small backpack with a thermos, a snack (lunch box) and personal belongings.
After the waterfall, the trail will lead us further to the observatory. The main activity of the observatory is the study of the physical properties of stellar bodies, but we will go up there for the magnificent panoramic views and the majestic silence of the mountains.
And in the evening we will return to the hostel for a rest. Supper. Overnight in a hostel at the foot.
Day 4 - Check-in at the mountain Shelter
Breakfast at the hostel. Room release.
It's time to move to the mountain. Despite the comfort of the hotel at the foot, the time spent at altitude will be an important stage of acclimatization and preparation of the body for conditions of oxygen deficiency and low blood pressure.
We are waiting for a cable car ride to Gara Bashi station (3847m) and accommodation in a mountain shelter, which will become your home for the next few days.
Lunch (lunch box).
In your free time, you will walk up the snowy slope and practice walking techniques in cats.

Day 5 - Acclimatization exit up to a height of 4800 m
Breakfast at the shelter on the mountain.
Today you will test for yourself what height is. You will find an acclimatization exit at 4800 m, and you will be able to feel how your body reacts to changing conditions and give it the opportunity to adapt smoothly.
Lunch (lunch box), during which, in good weather, you will be able to admire the peaks of the Main Caucasian Ridge, and only 642 m vertically will remain to the cherished peak.
Time to rest. Supper. Overnight at the shelter on the mountain.

Day 6 - Day of rest
Breakfast at the shelter on the mountain.
A day of rest is extremely important before climbing. Despite the relaxed schedule, you can still expect snow and ice classes and short walks to keep your body toned.
Lunch and dinner at the shelter.
Early lights out will be announced at five in the evening in order to get enough sleep before midnight. Overnight at the shelter on the mountain.
Day 7 - Climbing Elbrus
Day X has arrived, which we have been working towards all last week and the months of preparation before it.
We wake up at midnight, we will have 1.5 hours to pack and eat.
We put on all the equipment (cats, harnesses, headlamps) and go out to climb. We walk very slowly so as not to lose our breath and save energy.
The ascent usually takes 8-12 hours, and the descent takes another 3-4 hours. For a snack, you will bring a lunch box and a thermos of hot tea.
Regardless of the result, from 13:00, the movement of all group members is carried out only downwards.
For an additional fee, it is possible to climb a snowmobile to an altitude of up to 5,000 meters. In this case, the exit is shifted 2-3 hours later. The cost starts from 12,000 rubles/person.
Rest after returning to the shelter. Supper. Overnight at the shelter on the mountain.
If the day did not give you good weather, the guide will decide to use a reserve day.

Day 8 - Descent to the Azau glade. Return
Breakfast at the shelter. Vacating the place, eviction from the shelter.
We take the cable car down to the Azau glade.
A group transfer to Mineralnye Vody departs at 11:00-12:00 for flights departing from 18:00.
For tourists arriving/leaving at other times, individual transfers can be arranged for an additional fee.
If the reserve days are not used, the tour will end 1 or 2 days earlier.
Day 9 - Reserve day
A reserve day in case of bad weather.

Good physical fitness is required. Climbing is not a walk and you need to prepare for it.

We offer you a program that is suitable even for novice "conquerors". Instead of grueling transitions with heavy backpacks, gradual acclimatization and preparation. The length is 26 km.
