After the walk, you will go down to the very "heart" of the mud baths, where you will see the process of delivering mud from the depths of Lake Tambukan.

You will be introduced to the chemical composition of mud and will be told about its medicinal properties.

Next, you will be offered a VIP mud treatment procedure according to the "Caucasian method" (full or partial mud wrapping) or a mineral bath. 

After the procedures, relaxation awaits you in the relaxation rooms, differentiated by gender, where you can enjoy herbal tea and oxygen cocktails.

If necessary, a doctor's consultation is possible.

Arrival at the resort. 

You will go to the Dombaya mountains ("bison" in translation from the Karachai language) on a journey to the snow-white peaks.

The panorama of the Caucasian Ridge and the eternal glaciers framed by relict fir forests will amaze you once and for all. 

A special pleasure is to admire the view from a height of 3002 meters above sea level, which can be reached by cable car. 

From here you can see one of the most unique buildings in the village of Dombai — the Plate Hotel, donated by Finnish architects to the Russian government as a sign of friendship in 1969. 

The cable car ascent is carried out for an additional fee — 2,000 rubles/person.

Lunch with dishes of national cuisine on your own. 

You can taste real Karachai khichin, trout cooked on the grill and, of course, shish kebab; drink a glass of cool ayran or a cup of mountain herbal tea.

Visit the local market where handmade items are sold: shawls, cobwebs, slippers, scarves, hats, mittens, as well as various herbal preparations, jam and mountain honey.

On the way back, you will stop at the Teberdinsky Nature Reserve, on the banks of the Ullu Muruju River. 

You will stop for a swim in the Pearl of the Caucasus thermal complex. 

The complex consists of 8 pools with hydromassage installations. 

The water in the pools is of different temperatures: from + 25 to +41 degrees. 

The price of a visit is from 500 rubles / person / hour, payment on site.

Return to Yessentuki in the evening.

A tour of the monument city of Pyatigorsk: it has experienced many historical events, was hospitable to a huge number of great people. 

Together with the guide, you will visit the Lermontov House Museum (Lermontov's house): it has remained unchanged since the 19th century. 

At the site of the duel, which ended tragically for the poet, a monument has been erected — one of the main attractions of the city.

During the tour, you will take a walk through the Flower Garden Park, a favorite vacation spot for both tourists and locals. 

At the very entrance to the park you will meet the hero of the novel by Ilf and Petrov — Kisa Vorobyaninov. 

Here, in the park, there is the famous sculpture of the Eagle — the business card of both Pyatigorsk itself and all the KMV.

Continuation of the tour. 

You will climb to the Aeolian Harp, from where you will admire the view of the city and the Caucasian Ridge. 

Next, the guide will take you to the famous underground lake Proval. 

There are "Shameless baths" very close by — they collect warm water from the spring, so you can often see bathers here, recovering both body and spirit.

If the weather is clear, we also suggest that you take a cable car to the very top of Mount Mashuk to enjoy the beautiful scenery from a height of almost 1000 meters above sea level.

The cable car ascent is carried out for an additional fee — 400 rubles/person.

Group transfer to the airport / railway station of Mineralnye Vody for evening flights after 19:00.
