Itinerary

Day 1 - Kostroma Cheese Exchange Sightseeing tour
Meeting at Kostroma railway station.
The approximate start of the program is 10:30.
Sightseeing tour of the city center with a visit to the cheese exchange.
We will start the city tour from the monument to Yuri Dolgoruky and then move to kilometer zero, from where we will find out why Kostroma has a radial-semicircular layout.
Next, we will go to take beautiful photos against the background of the Fire Tower, the estate of S.S. Borshchov and take a short walk along Kostroma Avenue of stars.
We will also take a walk around Susaninsky Square and listen to the story of Ivan Susanin's feat, and then stroll through the Shopping Malls, where you can taste Kostroma chebureks, which have not changed their recipe for more than 40 years, and buy souvenirs.
After that, we'll take a look at the cheese exchange, where you can buy Kostroma cheeses and the famous black salt.

After lunch, we will take a walk along Molochnaya Gora, look at the Landing Stage, which is now a restaurant, and used to be the filming location for the famous "Cruel Romance" shot by the great Eldar Ryazanov.
Let's take a walk along the Volga River embankment, sung by many performers of our country.
We will reach the A.N. Ostrovsky gazebo and from there we will move towards the Kostroma Kremlin, where the Fedorovskaya Icon of the Mother of God is currently located.

Day 2 - Ipatievsky Monastery, farm tour
Breakfast at the hotel.
Room release.
We are going to the Ipatievsky monastery, the pearl of Kostroma.
Sightseeing tour with a licensed guide, a walk through the museum of wooden architecture.
Lunch at a cafe in the city with a view of the Ipatievsky Monastery.
Departure to Shunga village, where you will be given an excursion to the newborn calves in kindergarten, and after that we will learn how to cook cheese and not only with our own hands.
Return to Kostroma.
The program ends around 17:00.
