Snowmobile expeditions organized by our company take place on the Kola Peninsula, beyond the Arctic Circle. Our region differs significantly in general climatic and weather conditions from the central part of Russia and Karelia. The weather in our latitudes is unstable and quite extreme. There is a high probability of sudden temperature changes — from 0 to -30 °C, strong winds, snowstorms. Be sure to take this into account when preparing for the trip. Any route may turn out to be both more difficult than the stated one and easier. It all depends on the weather and the state of the snow cover at this particular moment. We determine the complexity based on the average values.

You can get stuck on a snowmobile on any route with any difficulty, because fresh snow will fall at certain temperatures, and in this case a "puddle" will form. Severe frosts can also strike. A thaw may suddenly begin in any month of winter and water may appear on the ice of reservoirs. All these are natural phenomena that cannot be predicted.

Keep in mind that you are going to the Far North. He's unpredictable. It is completely useless to make claims to us in this case. But despite the fact that the Far North is harsh in places, it is beautiful anyway!

1. Most of the routes pass through virgin snow, which is quite difficult for beginners.
2. Only single accommodation on snowmobiles is possible, as it is safer. Many travel agencies are lying by selling snowmobile tours for 2 people on a snowmobile. The price difference is usually small, but in terms of comfort and safety it is very significant. Driving a snowmobile together is not an easy task even for an experienced driver, since the weight of the passenger worsens the handling of the snowmobile up to 2 times, and if a person without much experience is driving, then it becomes simply dangerous. In addition, it is cold and uninteresting to travel as a passenger.
3. In case of extreme weather situations, the Guide on the route has the right to make route changes, as well as delay or postpone departure on the route. This condition has been accepted by us for your safety.
4. In case of a delay of the group on the route due to weather conditions, we are not responsible for possible delays on planes or trains (up to now there have been no such situations, but the probability was present).

1. It is impossible to insure a snowmobile in our country, so guests are fully financially responsible for equipment, rented clothes and equipment. To comply with the formalities, we conclude a snowmobile and equipment rental agreement with each guest. Based on our many years of experience, we can say the following: accidents on routes occur only because of safety violations, for example, non-compliance with the distance or unauthorized riding on virgin land in places with hidden obstacles.
2. If a Guest behaves inappropriately, violates safety regulations on the route, the Guide has the right to issue one warning. If the Guest continues to violate the rules, the Guide has the right to remove the Guest from the route without any compensation. This rule has been introduced by us solely for your safety and the success of our expeditions.

Insurance is not included in the tour program. You can purchase additional travel insurance on the website of a Large Country without commission directly from insurance companies.
