"7 Cities..." Golden Ring Tour, July 10–12, 2024 This tour deserves nothing less than a solid 5+, everything was organized at the highest level — even the weather was on our side🤗. Our guide Lena was fantastic: articulate, highly knowledgeable, and a true professional when it came to planning. She took care of every detail — nothing was overlooked. Our group was full of positive energy, always punctual and right on schedule. Our driver, Valery, was equally impressive — professional, attentive, and always ready to help. He created a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere on the bus. The 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Cosmos Hotel offered excellent accommodation with all the expected amenities: clean rooms, a bar, TV, kettle + tea bags and sugar + cups and spoons, a hairdryer, towels, toothbrush and toothpaste, even shoe wipes — everything was thoughtfully provided. Breakfasts were served buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Thank you for organizing such a great trip — I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and family. Every excursion was packed with interesting sights and rich information👌🎉✨🍀🤗

The tour was wonderful, but best suited for those who don't mind being on the move — changing cities, hotels, and experiences almost daily :). We witnessed firsthand how Russia is evolving and how deeply the history of its statehood is intertwined with the Orthodox Church. We were also truly impressed by the so-called 'small towns,' especially Gorokhovets and Myshkin — places where you can feel the presence of history and sense the deep-rooted love for the homeland shared by generations of merchants and their descendants. Today, it's the local leaders of these towns who are breathing new life into them, reviving and creating unique sites that genuinely captivate travelers.

Throughout the tour, we were accompanied by our guide Anton and driver Victor. Anton was incredibly knowledgeable and made the journey both fascinating and informative. We visited cities with centuries of history and saw sacred icons that had never been restored, including the myrrh-streaming icon of the Mother of God and the Holy Trinity. The experience left us with a lot to reflect on. The tour also included excellent hotels and restaurants. Many thanks to our hosts.

I really enjoyed the trip. The tours were organized by the host. We had a wonderful guide — Elena. She has a captivating voice and presents facts in an engaging and concise way — nothing unnecessary. Listening to Elena was a real pleasure. We visited 7 cities in just three days. A very packed itinerary. But that pace suited me perfectly. I'm the kind of person who wants to do and see everything. So if your goal is to make the most of your vacation by exploring as much as possible, I highly recommend this tour.

We took a tour of Russia’s Golden Ring with friends and had a fantastic experience. We were picked up on Monday morning in a large, comfortable bus. Denis, our guide, was with us throughout the entire trip, he coordinated hotel check-ins and organized our lunches along the way. Breakfast and lunch were included, and we arranged dinner on our own. A big thank-you to Denis for the engaging excursions, he kept things lively with fascinating stories and facts, and we were never bored! We especially appreciated the quality hotels , the hearty breakfasts and lunches . Thanks for a great trip!

It turned out to be a fantastic summer trip :) The tour was excellent: well-organized, packed with interesting excursions, and thoughtfully planned. I absolutely fell in love with Suzdal and Yaroslavl and will definitely return to explore them more thoroughly. Special thanks to our tour guide Denis, who made the journey even more enjoyable with fascinating stories and little-known historical facts. It was both educational and engaging. He also handled all the logistics along the way flawlessly. I'd also like to acknowledge the professionalism of our driver from Vladimir. The only downside was a brief water outage at the hotel in Sergiev Posad, but aside from that, the accommodations were top-notch. Thank you to everyone involved.

Overall, I enjoyed the tour. However, there were some organizational issues that raised questions. It’s a shame the hotels weren’t specified in advance, that would have allowed us to make other plans if needed. The tour was rich in activities and we saw a lot, but the overall impression still felt a bit chaotic.

Everything went perfectly! The guides, Denis and Artyom, deserve the highest praise. The way they conducted the tour was truly in a class of its own, engaging, lively, and fascinating. I have no complaints about the tour itself either. The local guides we met were true professionals, passionate about their work. Their explanations were concise and to the point, no unnecessary talk. The sights along the route were thoughtfully chosen and genuinely impressive. As for the minor inconveniences that are inevitable on a long trip like this, I hardly noticed them. I’d wanted to visit Plyos for a long time. I hadn’t originally planned to see the nearby cities, Kostroma, Yaroslavl, and Nerekhta, but since they were part of the tour, I decided to go for it, and I’m very grateful for such a wonderful trip. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make it to Nerekhta on Friday morning, so I missed that part of the tour. I was absolutely delighted with the Moskovskaya Zastava Hotel. Even though I had initially considered booking a more expensive place, I didn’t regret my choice for a moment. The location is perfect, right on the embankment, across from the legendary Old Pier (where the film "A Cruel Romance" was shot). I spent both evenings walking along the river, enjoying the views of the Volga and the surrounding nature. I’ve already recommended this hotel to all my friends and family. I stayed in a room overlooking May 1st Street; the hotel itself is housed in a beautiful old mansion. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the breakfasts were excellent (and I’m quite picky about food). Kostroma completely won me over, it’s a city for lovers, really a city for everyone. I visited the Cheese Museum on my own. The second day was spent in Plyos, an absolute paradise. I’m sure I’ll return someday and stay overnight. We took a riverboat to Plyos, and our guide Natalia, a native of Kostroma, was wonderful, she shared so many fascinating stories about the Volga towns and their culture. I only wish we’d had a bit more time for excursions and sightseeing in Yaroslavl, it definitely deserves a separate trip. I highly recommend this tour: the price included hotel breakfasts, lunch in a café, museum tickets, and a boat ride. Of course, when choosing the tour, you should keep the weather in mind, I was lucky to have warm, clear days.
