It was a great experience, for beginners, rafting on the lower Katun is just right, but if you're an experienced traveler, go for the upper or middle sections. The weather in July was unpredictable and quite chilly—warm clothes and a good jacket really came in handy. I enjoyed everything :D Don't forget to bring insect repellent :)

Everything went smoothly, the route was perfectly planned, and I got to visit many interesting and beautiful places. I would definitely do this tour again

This tour is perfect for anyone looking to ease into the world of hiking or horseback riding but feels hesitant to start with something too challenging. The difficulty level is probably slightly above average, but with only 3 or 4 outings — and the option to skip a hike and return to base if needed — it’s very beginner-friendly. Lots of great memories and positive emotions — what more could you ask for in a relaxing getaway?

June 16–23, 2024 Thank you for organizing a great tour. The accommodation, excursions, and meals (at the Taezhnik base) were all excellent. The food at the Taezhnik restaurant deserves special mention — breakfast and dinner were included, and both were outstanding. The tour program was engaging and well-structured. The guides were passionate and truly dedicated to their work — I’m very grateful to them. It was also very convenient to have a WhatsApp group set up for the tour. All important information was shared there, and any questions were answered quickly and helpfully.

The tour was exactly what I was looking for — stunning, with breathtaking, untouched nature. It was really interesting, with just the right amount of physical activity — nothing extreme, so it’s perfect even for people without any athletic background.

It’s hard to put this tour into words — it was absolutely magical from start to finish. The logistics were incredibly well thought out, and everything ran smoothly. The guides were not only knowledgeable about the places we visited, but also genuinely passionate, and they knew exactly how to connect with every participant — even the more demanding ones. The scale of coordination, from the number of people and vehicles involved to the seamless execution, is honestly worth far more than the 79500 we paid for 10 days. It felt like being at an adult version of summer camp — from day one, you’re guided with care, and every detail is handled for you. You completely immerse yourself in nature, and whenever you need anything, help is readily available with a smile. In short, the team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect — and then some.

A well-organized and enjoyable tour! I loved everything about it and learned so much about the Altai Mountains. I definitely want to come back and explore even more places! The nature of Altai is truly breathtaking :) Valleys, rivers, lakes, waterfalls, mountains, forests, meadows, canyons, and stunning wildlife. It's sure to leave a lasting impression on anyone.

The tour was amazing. What we saw was absolutely breathtaking, it was hard to believe it was real, like standing in front of a giant painted canvas. Some parts of the trail were challenging, but having such a great team around made it easy to push through. Our guide, Ekaterina, gave us a wonderful introduction to the nature of Altai and shared many fascinating stories. I highly recommend this tour, the backpacks won’t feel too heavy, and the miles you walk will stay with you as some of the happiest memories of your life.

It was my first time in Altai, and I was incredibly lucky to have such an amazing tour, perfect for a first visit. I went with my 3 adult children. The horses were just fantastic, an absolute highlight! I highly recommend it to everyone. Our guide Irina was wonderful!

My first trip to Altai! In just a short time, we got a taste of everything. The nature, the weather, the landscapes. The organization was great! I would’ve loved to see more of the mountains and the R256 Chuya highway, but that’s part of other tours... Still, this trip helped us figure out which routes we want to take next, ones that focus more on the mountain regions.
